Just got back from taking my daughter to her swimming club so it’s pretty much the normal:

    Drinking: Evolution Shiraz
Eating: Assortment of cheese and crackers
    Listening: Arrow FM

I have sufficient compassion for animals not to eat them… (or feed them to the pets I lack)

    Very good point well made.

Jamie, I believe that you promised to undertake the destruction of the Internet pending more butt shots. Surely chimp-boy-barnes has justified this course of action.

*takes a step back to allow Jamie through*

I would say that Mr. Nutt has said the most sensible thing on this post.

Oh, and kennyp makes some good points as well. I always find the aetheistic zealots particularly amusing with their own pecualiar brand of extremism.

I think that WWJR sums things up rather nicely.

They have made some good music, some bad. Like most bands I guess. what does make me laugh is all the “tax dodging bastards” type comments. So much anger. Yet when the formula 1 season is upon us the STW petrolhead massive will be collectively masturbating over that tax-dodging Swiss midget-**** Hamilton.

Hmmm… Not seen this phenomenon in the pubs I drink in. Maybe you should drink in less pretentious establishments.

Seems to me that MTBing seems to attract very *VERY* loverly ladies and very Very *VERY* ropey looking blokes. There’s probably some hidden meaning there but I really can’t be arsed looking for it.

I had a mate, “Strange Darren”. He worked in a slaughterhouse. He used to make glove puppets out of the skinned lambs. We aren’t in touch anymore.

As with all of mother nature’s children, badgers are subject to abuse.

Yup, sell off another publicly owned utility so a small group of rich, fat old men can get even richer and fatter.

I think part of the cause may be the sausages. Are they very salty? How strong is your coffee? Do you experience the same effect say on an evening ride or afternoon ride.

Many people can be dehydrated first thing in the morning and 1/2 pint of water and a coffee isn’t much tbh.

The helmet marks are nothing to do with dehydration.

No-one should have to bury their child.

Thoughts very much with him and his wife.

I love Kona’s. Ridden plenty, owned one. However I’ve got to agree with Solomanda on the parts thing. They are very often specced with lower range parts than other equivalent bikes. Also don’t like the new magic link.

Personally I would buy a NOS Dawg or Coiler frame and build it up my self. Sure it may cost a little more but would gift you a great bike.

    Has he had the ‘operation’?

If not, he is probably following his instincts.

It’s also not unknown for cats to ‘own’ multiple humans. He may be at an alternative address.

There was a guy on here not long back who had his bike knicked. Seem to remember that he was fitted out with a replacement from free donations by forum members.

I would say that the nastiness is only there if you are looking for it. 99% of the people on here seem pretty sound. Don’t confuse nastiness with criticism and piss taking.

Currently many Christians believe in The Rapture, which leads to their support of Israel in hastening the emergence of the Antichrist

    Define ‘many’.

i actually lose a little a little respect for people upon finding out they ‘believe’

Of course, not allowed ‘beliefs’ are we. If you can’t touch it, it doesn’t exist.

By the way that anti-christianity threads usually go on to reach 100+ posts, mainly consisting of ridicule, I do sometimes wonder why people on here see it as such a threat. Markedly different to an anti-islam thread which will have people crawling out of the woodwork to defend peoples right to their own beliefs.

£60 isn’t a lot of cash *if* you can trust your friends recommendation.I personally would not recommend anyone unless I could be 100% sure that they would deliver the goods.

FWIW I would probably go with the recommendation.

M reg Astra that I got for £200 in Sept.

Bikes, Coyote Dual and Dialled Bikes Alpine. Yup, both my bikes are worth more than my car!
