The most powerful thing I’ve ever listened to. Cried in the car some days going home from work listening to it.
At some point ill try and listen to it again. But not soon.

I ride a lot in immersion research fleece lined shorts. Think they’re called guide shorts.

    Made for kayakers, but awesome.

Nice, long and well made. Just something else to consider.

At times in of the year when I am doing lots of outdoor work, or as part of my hobbies I do spend a fair amount of time fettling.

However I think the best way to deal with it is the mindset of how you go about it. I enjoy the radio on and heater on in the garage. I enjoy working out how things work, or how to make them work better. I look to the end product of good quality, well serviced (sometimes old) kit. Where others look at it and see that it is both a labour of love and good kit. This is the case for both hardware and software.

I use a couple of these for lugging kit around. Brilliant, worth every penny.

I prefer the Cicerone Guide. Try that for some nice loops.

For a ride on your own, the Loughrigg and Rydal loop is ace.

I have an old Jetboil. I use it mainly in the summer, working for companies that provide expeditions for kids abroad.

It is brilliant, don’t underestimate how useful it is to get out one bit of kit and get boiling water in seconds. First thing at every camp, Jetboil on, coffee made, help kids get tents up. Another coffee, then my kit to sort. No faff, I can cope with the weight and it makes my life better right then.

Never ever use it in the UK, but its like all kit. Find where it / or if it fits in well for you and use it then. When it breaks Ill get one of the primus ones, but do like the thought of pairing my Spider with one of those GSI kits,

Is it the recent windows 10 upgrade issue?

Have you tried the steps to rectify that?

Yes, but I’d have though it would wear off very very quickly on a ride, and given its water based it would just wash off the tyres by cycling thru wet grass.

    Who knows.

    Hi,

I asked this a few weeks ago. Did find some UBS from Lomo.

I think the stuff is great. Never have figured out why your shouldn’t get it on your tyres?

I’m glad someone else put this. I really enjoyed it. The content was good, but Toms writing was excellent. Really enjoyed it. It made my laugh. I could see my rides with my mates in his writing.

Really a too drawer piece for me.

There is some great work done as always by the individual services associations.

I for one think that the work the RAFA do, especially with its homes and support is amazing and has helped out many friends and family members over the years.

Think too about SSAFA and the RAFBF.

The British Legion are amazing by the way.

My mates a mummer, its a normal part of the show & costume. Its all storytelling. Anyone who’s seen the Rushbearing round Sowerby Bridge will have seen him and it. A great show, not offensive at all. Well its not set out to be at least.

While Vimeo works very well, can I suggest looking at allowing SteepEdge to host it too.

Think a lot more people would see it then.

    Just my thoughts.
