Also using a Hope qr light clamp, and it holds the light solidly, and yes it is bolted into the light body.

Another Bikehut user here, it’s an amazing light for the money. First ride last week, and while not quite as bright as my Hope R8, it’s more than enough light, lighter, and a fifth of the price!!  The remote is handy too. :-)

Well they’ve just lost themselves a lot of custom on larger products.

Bought one of the 1600 lumen lights on Saturday from Halfords. Had the BC voucher on phone, but didn’t have card my card, and the chap was fine, didn’t even scan the voucher :-)

One Up clamps at lever though, so can’t use a front mech shifter.

Death by dangerous cycling, lol. How many times does anybody get convicted of dangerous driving? It’s usually the reduced to the ridiculous careless driving. If you’re careless, it’s pretty much dangerous.

XL Flare Max TT is 37mm longer than the Rocket Max, reach is 47mm longer! and wheelbase 40mm. I have a 2017 XL Ragley Bigwig which has tt and reach somewhere inbetween the 2, and i find it too long, so I’m glad l went for the shorter Rocket. HTH. :-)

I have an XL Rocket Max and can honestly say it’s the best bike I’ve owned, it just does everything brilliantly. Re the unfashionableness, as I find the ride perfect, I can’t see how a longer geometry would be better. It’s still quite long and slack, I have a 40mm stem on mine, which feels spot on. The £500 discount was an added bonus :-D

Rocket Max? £500 off if L or XL is your size.

    Looks great Milky :-)

Third ride on my Rocket Max last night and it just keeps feeling better. The first bike in a while that just felt right from the off, and makes me want to get out more.  :-D  Mine actually weighs slightly less than my previous Mega 290, and about the same as my Bigwig hardtail!!

I’ve used the Matrix and Kevlar ones for a few years and can’t fault them. They work equally as well as the Shimano ones they replaced, and last a long time. The finned system is good as the fins are reusable, just replace the pads. Great value too, especially the 4 pair option for £29.99.

Got a Flow 29 on Pro 2 front, ridden in the Alps and a few times at BPW, as well as general trail riding. Just worked out from I got it in 2012! Still straight and true :-)

I’ll try again, there’s no quick way to change between bike, chat etc. Will this be coming in either the buttons back at the top or the ‘Forum’ in the floating header becoming a drop down like most of the others?

Will the buttons at the top to easily navigate between bike, chat and classifieds etc be returning, as in pic? If not it would be helpful if ‘Forum’ had a drop down!

Where have the individual forum buttons gone at the top?
