Used Strava and Endomondo in Spain last October. Strava a bit more reliable. Endomondo seems a bit wonky these days.

Yeah, got mine on the middle setting too.

It seems so many sleeps away. 🙁

    You booked?

I do like mine. You will need to push the visor up if on steep stuff. Gets in the way a bit, my one minus point of it.

Nowt to do with wheel size, its a 12 year old bike pretty much. I’d say £150-180.

I always bought s/m with Giro helmets and did the same with these. Fits great. Love the dial adjuster on the back.

    I got mine from http://www.leisurelakesbikes.com/p/14261/ixs-trail-rs-helmet

They have stock and were cheaper than CRC.

Bike bag for me. Card boxes scare me after seeing half a bike hanging out of one in Vancouver airport.

Going to see a financial advisor made a massive difference. He looks after my folks money so know I could trust him. Shuffled through my monthly payments and once he’d chipped away at it all my planned £300 a month savings plan turned into £400 a month once he saved me money on monthly payments.

About the first 29ner that doesn’t look a bit odd. Thought it was a 27.5 to begin with.

I sent a shock in the post to TFTuned last week through Royal Mail and it got there okay thankfully. Dunno if I would have if I’d seen this thread before posting mind you! Shock getting delivered back to me today.

Apart from the Bronson, they all look pretty gash. Personal choice and all that.

Went with them last year to Spain with the bike. Everything was fine. You can’t book the bike online, you have to book your flight online and then phone them to add the bike. Think it was £60.

I’m swaying towards a KS Lev as having to bleed the Reverb is putting me off.

Some pics of the holidays we’ve had over there. Mixture of trails. They will adjust where they ride if you tell them what your looking for if some of it looks too much/rocky etc. They are a superb company and you’ll have a blast if you choose to go with them.

As my bike buddy says above, St Foy with The White Room have taken me on probably the best single track trails I’ve ever ridden. Hence why I’m going back for a 4th time.

Never noticed the wall and drive, just the clown wheels and single speed weirdness…

What ever it makes them I love riding them. Which is surely the important bit.

There you go. That’s my approach to it.

A Soul is boutique? I don’t think any bike brand is ’boutique’. Just bikes. Some cheaper, some more expensive.

The new films have nothing in comparison to the original three as far as I’m concerned. They may explain some story lines but with the CGI littered all over them (which has dated very quickly) everyone looks like they are walking about with no idea what the scenery behind them looks like.

And the biggest problem, for me anyway, no Han Solo. Not him as such, but no character with a cocky arrogant ‘**** it, shoot first!’ attitude. He was the ‘dude’ of the whole film series for me! But the new ones didn’t have any of that arrogance and humour that character had, felt like I was watching a Shakespeare play in some scenes.

And finally, most importantly. No Millennium Falcon. Well, apart from one teeny weeny background of it. Best space craft EVER!

Nice bike. Graphics aren’t quite to my taste, but that’s a personal thing. I’m still in the 26″ 27.5″ quandary before ordering new bikey.

Boundary trail is fine. Rode it yesterday. Involved a few hike and bike moments, but that was more at the bottom.

They are 4-5 years old. Still feel so plush and smooth, just started banging when coming back up through the travel and the rebound dial just turns and turns and turns.

I have no idea why you’d want to put your name on your bike. Pointless, stupid and, as already mentioned, = bellend.

Last year was steep, twisty, fast, rocky, funny, frickin’ amazing event.

I imagine 2014 with be the same.

Personal preference and all that. Loved the look and the ride of the HL, my fav bike so far. The DW one rode like a dream up and down, didn’t look as nice (but that’s irrelevant really). But I personally think the DW is the better suspension design. Back end felt much stiffer due to the short linkages.

Just took my DW link 5 Spot apart. Breaking up for sale. Quite sad, but time to move on!
