Same as last year… aim for a good result at the mega avalanche and a few other races… way to do that is toy get fit. Much better than aiming for “lose weight” or “ride more”. At least I have a real reward to aim for.

Plus I have the added motivation to get a new job and start a fresh!!

I just think there is no real need to “bed in” pads or discs! Normal riding does the trick as long as you don’t ride every where dragging the brakes at low speed!

Just ride them. Works for me. But I ride on big hills and I’m not a chicken shit so I don’t glaze them.

I’ve been to London. It’s flat and shit. Why would you want to go there on a bike? At least Belfast has a big hill beside it.
