Duane one other thing as jon taylor posted above with the deep water equipment

One of the most interesting jobs I ever did was for a company that also did pipe laying ,trenching, rov’s rescueing submarines from the seabed etc

they had one of the best graduate programmes i had ever seen and actively took on Uni Grads with a view to pushing them in terms of learning and in the direction they wanted to go (actively encouraged and supported them to go chartered later) http://www.engb.com/ well worth a look and absolutely varied in the scope of work

Are you confusing pencil fairy design with engineering ,you will find it very difficult to leave uni and go into a job where your the star and your idea has any significance whatsoever…

Going to rolls will maybe make you a specialist but you become a world expert at it and you can name your price

    2) That anti gravity technology was perfected years ago but (similary) was all covered up so the public could continue being charged for flights. According to him back to the future hover boards are a reality.

Tomas townsend brown probably did actually demonstrate a proof of concept in 1952 to the navy i believe it was called electrogravitics

im pretty sure lockheed disclosed they have an aircraft which intentionally discharge many million volts from their leading edges

Actually if it was law cyclists had to use lights or a road requirement for vehicles surely they would be sold as a standard item fitted to a bike or unremovable as per your car motorcycle truck moped…..so maybe its lawful to ride without having em fitted

Wonder how the plod view it if its dark and you get run over not using illumination

there was this other bloke used to mess about in his shed in fact he encouraged a whole load of other folks to do it too

I’m 17 and just started a job and I’m at college I used to ride nearly every day but now my only spare time is Saturday afternoon and Sunday all day I race enduro
and plan on having the day of for weekends away my boss is laid back but it’s the little rides I like the most and I’m knackered come Saturday it’s my first week so should get in a routine but just wondering how people stay stoked I don’t want grow up haha

wait till you have an orange 5 an audi and a job in management before you complain

you truely will have all the time in the world to ride but probably will just end up arguing on here

Effortless way is hydrochloric acid in the seat tube ,eats away the aluminium converts the rust

Brick cleaner is 40 percent hydrochloric (if you do it outside on your patio it could end up cleaner but could also end up stained to ****)

DONT GET IT ON YOUR HANDS

Coke (the kind you drink) contains phosphoric acid which is great for etching aluminium

if you can’t afford a new one i would bond the shim into it and see how long it lasts

seems peculiar that its cracked along the edge of a weld even bikes that dont have a shim have been known to crack along the edge of a weld,

I recall norton were taking folks money though with no chance of supplying a product sure someone in the industry said their suppliers wouldnt deal with em any more and one was the engine supplier there were lots of pages in one of the bike rags saying the same

I have a large Snap-On type tool chest. One drawer is devoted to combination spanners from 6 – 24mm.

All spanners must be placed in said drawer parallel to the front face of it, largest top left, smallest bottom right.

Open end of largest spanner must be at top left-hand side and all other spanners alternating in orientation. All spanners must be placed so that ring ends are cranked upwards

This is not OCD i would say its more workmanlike

drives me nuts when folks are working haphazard on mechanical things and the workshop is a shithole or bombsite
