some dealers do it instore so they dont send them away, Berry’s for example, dont know if you have one near you, worth a trip though just to fantasize.

Your TAG hasnt died, it does need an overhaul!
a good TAG dealer will be able to do it, new battery, glass, bezzle, friction-ring, seals, cleaned etc. I paid £125 to get a F1 done and that included a new strap!
and the same to get a rolex serviced-no battery obviously, but new glass, seals etc. it came back like new, not a scratch to be seen!
Also that panerai will cost you rather more than£500, as it says you have push the boat out!!! nice tho

apart from riding up and down the street adjusting gears, and getting mountain bike going again- it got dumped in a heap in Sept’just fitted new BB, chain, etc.
was going to ride over to watch cross race (on x bike) but left it a bit late, so didnt go out, just watched the footy and drank tea

fell off outside a school while they were leaving for the day, before the invention of clipless, so was srapped in- and couldnt get to the straps to get myself out!!

only been when its snowy, but the piste map has a summer side showing the bike trails etc and you can get a train pretty high up, so I think that they are pretty geared up for bikes.
