Only mountainbike I have, had it for 4 years after haveing Orange 5, sub5, FSR for the few years before. Found I was overbiked for much of riding so got the chamelion, and I love it! Done big Lakes rides, trail centres etc on it and wouldn't go back to FS (for the riding I do)
No back problems, but feet start to hurt after 4 hours!

Reduns is fastest!

Stopped now, but that was alot in a little time!

I never buy the paper copy of the mag, so agreeing with SFB (that'll start him off! :wink:) I thought it would be nice to support the site. And you get to read the mag on line and have all the old ones too, well worth 15 nicker to me. Plus you dont get the fashing ads!

Used to do quite a bit off running, and when I was training for a longer run I would aim to increase the distance of my longest run by only a mile a month.
So if you can run seven miles now and you increase that distance by a mile/month in 5 months you'll be easily capable of doing 12/13! Enjoy!
