The Vito’s are better value for money as less specialists around who want to turn them into day/surf vans/camper etc, the VW T4 and T5 have more street credibility. If it’s a case of just wanting to stick a bike in the back then go with a Vito, if you want a bed and a sink and something that looks nice go with the VW.

Shame the Sirius is going with a track dropout 😳 sliding is by far the best option.

I have ridden mainly rigid in my 22 years of riding mountain bikes, in that time I have had many quality steel forks like IF, Vicious and Dekerf but my cheapish Singular forks have given the best ride.

Thought I was mistaken when I heard it first on the news whilst driving earlier. Very sad news.

Solo rides are a lot cheaper for me, as the group rides always end up in the pub drinking too many strong ales.

3 of my 5 weekly rides are solo.

Started in 1988 on a Specialized Hardrock bought by my parents from Halfords. I spotted it recently at the local train station still sporting the same water bottle I sold with it in the early 90s

Vanilla bikes are the people behing Speedvagen I believe! I may be wrong tho. The wait on a Vanilla is somthing nuts like a year or so!

Sasha helped design them but they are built by another framebuilder/s, the wait for a Vanilla though was up 5 years but the order book is now closed until further notice.

Used Thule roof system for the last ten years, more recently the 591 the only issues I have had are that it marks my frames slightly around the mounting arm and once whilst driving on the motorway my front wheel popped out of the fixings due to puncture.
