No riding for me, been injured for the past three weeks, all going well the sports injury clinic will give me the all clear on Wednesday.

I have not ridden for nearly three weeks due to injury and high on Diazepam. Never spent this long off my bike in over 20 years of mountain biking………I really am missing it 😥

Bought mine new in 2008 always run with Pace RC31 forks, the only thing that let it down was the track bolts I ended up replacing these for DMR chain tugs.

All my forks have been Pace since I started back in the late 80’s mainly the RC30 and 31’s

First time I have not ridden in years, busy with family stuff and been like a grumpy kid to the wife because of it 😡 Roll on tomorrow night……
