I’ve never tarped mine. From what I’ve read, an air current is drawn up from the bottom through the middle like a chimney. Putting a tarp on top can restrict the airflow and promote rot.

    OK, ta.

Just a quickie on the holzhausen… aren’t you supposed to put a tarp over the top during wet spells?

Do you think 1 or 2 are necessary

Some people say that you should only use 1 because the concept of the kettlebell is that you are utilising more muscles to stabilise the offcentre load so if you’re using 2 you are balanced and missing other muscles….

    does that make sense?

Have you looked at the Porcelain Rocket Mr Fusion V2?

I’ve been thinking about getting one of these as I just can’t get my wildcat tiger to stay stable enough. That shouldn’t be a reflection on the wildcat stuff as I like it and is most likely due to ineptitude of packing…

I have to slope them slightly upwards (back end lower than the front end) and then they seem spot on to me… Have you tried adjusting the angle?

27+ and can take 29er wheels

The alpkit sondar transmitter looks great for bang on the money

Looks great but don’t think it can take a 29er in the back?

I like having the extra support from the cage, find it more comfortable on long rides.

The cage doesn’t look like it’ll be anywhere near the shoes for support.

    Do they actually add support?
