I get this when dehydrated, contrary to the above. Litre of water cures it for me.

beemer would cost more in tax, on account of the higher list price

Not strictly true it may actually be cheaper due to super low emissions.

You’d be happy in the volkswagen as long you never set foot in a bmw or it turns out that driving is just something you have to do rather than enjoy. (I like driving, I’d have the Beemer) (Have had lots of experience in Volkswagen/Toyota/Ford/Audi/BMW)

alivio £31 on crc at the mo, personally I’d save for a set of middleburns…

If I do say 3×20 second flat-out sprints during the course of a 1 hour bike ride does that count as HIIT?

I’ve built an inbred and a swift. The finish on the swift makes the on-one look like it was built by a blind man, on a bad day, when he had both his hands tied behind his back… Not to mention the ride quality comparison…

I’m 6’2″ and really like the XL swift, I’d probably be better on a L in theory but love the XL.

That’s the issue really, I have a nice 29er for the local cross country and a nice long travel hard tail for the mucking about on.

Hmmm Ar1 is way out of my league

Maybe the cx is the way to go, do they sell the f55x in the uk?

Those photos shouldn’t qualify, they’re of kittens and they maybe cute but not pretty, the first ones eyes are too close together for a start…. Send me the vouchers instead!

I do fully get the attraction though. Shame the multiple click lever design won’t work in the release tension mode as it only really works on a tightening action

That’s rubbish, mine works multiple clicks both ways.

But best of all, I find them much much easier/faster to set-up

Then IMHO you’d need a Pauls chain keeper, or superstar chain guide or mrp chain guide or similar type ting

Have you got the chainring yet? If not they do one with an integral bash.

I reckon this combined with a ngear thing and a short cage mech would be just dandy…!
