I did. In the disused mine. I was so terrified that myself and my trusty companion ran down endless tunnels, stopping only to stuff a succession of teetering, over sized sandwiches down our throats.

Imagine my disappointment when it turned out, upon being unmasked, that it wasn’t a ghost at all, but the owner of the local funfair!

He’d have gotten away with it if it weren’t for you pesky kids!

    Ollier, I really wouldn’t…

SHimano are tiny, I can confirm that as I take 11.5-12 and shimano 48’s are small on me.

Check every internet review if you don’t believe me….

    on-one smorgasbord go-up tubeless a treat

EXO is maxxis version of snakeskin

    On-one tyres all use EXO

We are only talking about sidewall rock/pinchflat protection

If you want thorn protection go tubeless and use stans fluid to fix the holes!

Different sort of tyre to an ardent, Ardent is a great rear tyre though.

If it needs to be tough get it with the EXO carcass.

Have you thought about on-one smorgasbord for the rear, that is a maxxis exo carcass and only £15

    @soma rich…

    I’m a 12 and find shimano 48’s a tad small

I was going to try another shimano 48 but the “wide” version…

You must have wide feet and be using shimano wide fit

Missed a trick with the bridge not making it mildly technical or something.

It’s just a bridleway version of the Network Rail standard London-Midland pedestrian footbridge. You’ll see similar design at many stations if you look closely. The actual manufacturing cost for the steelwork of the bridge was about 5% of that quoted project cost.

You want a rotor bigger than 203?

Got a set of 140 revs for my buzzard build and really liking them so far. Heard a lot of good things about the slants but not tried them

If I don’t grease my (quality) cranks, they have all sorts of settling in problems.

If I grease them, they are fit and forget (middleburn and white industries)

But what is the question CFH?
    What is 6 x 9?

Anyhow, it’s interesting to compare with kinetic energy – E=(1/2)mv^2

Just in case Ben does a sneaky edit…. 😆
