If you’re taking a bike, I’d recommend somewhere Stamford way, riding still pretty rubbish but it is the best side, also nice Stamford is a nice town to be in

I keep one of those water spray bottles with diluted washing liquid in it by the wash bin.

Quick spray on the pits (of the shirt) before it goes in the wash bin, soaks in nicely before the wash and clears everything away that normally gets missed in the wash.

I like it at 12-13psi but I am fairly burly, I imagine a lighter rider would require less.

I’m considerably heavier than sandwich eater and batter my flows through everything, natural / BPW all on a hardtail. They are incredible, I would suggest you had a badly built/poorly tensioned flow on your 26er..

I think 29×3 will work on flow/flow ex but it is under the recommended 35mm min rim width. I think I would try on flows but not arches…

I’m running with dually rims on mine, there is also the 35mm Pacenti rim and I think carbon light bicycles now have a 35mm carbon rim or Chris Holm unicycle rim or the Rabbit Holes from Surly if you want to got the whole hog.
