no, you should just keep on listening to dark audio, i would especially recommend their 5th podcast. 😉

soundcloud’s always good for mixes too.

are you that useless that you need an assistant to salt and vinegar your chips?

i like to salt, then vinegar then salt again. but none on the fish.
officially leeds is the gastronomic capital of the world. but only in the sense of the world as yorkshire people see it.

loosening up your shins by doing toe raises before running can help prevent shin splints. you basically just tap your toes a bit.

contentious point using Zabiela, rather the marmite of the electronic world. i think he goes way too far. but many others do use effects to devastating effect. loco dice uses the chaos pad rather well.

problem is most people aren’t good, and they over use effects like they’re playing air guitar. which is why i specified entry level cost.

until you’ve played to an empty dancefloor you can’t call yourselve a dj.

well you can if you like…you’re first names not jay is it?

i’d avoid a mixer with effects at all cost, well, not at all cost, but certainly at entry level cost.

and i’d say vestax were pretty good mixers too. i’ve had mine for years with no trouble, and like he says, well thought out, nothing superfluous.

    apologies. i’ll try again.

i hate swimming pools, swimming pools are for losers.

i’m not saying people who think different are wrong, but personally i found the open water swims far more pleasant than the pool ones. they also add a bit to the drama. bournemouth did one where you ran into the sea off the beach that i always thought would be great.

The t-shirts themselves are never as offensive as the conclusions i make about the wearers.

it’s amazing how quickly your swimming fitness picks up with practice. 750 is certainly not to be feared. also to be considered is if you are doing an open water swim you will be required to wear a wetsuit and tri-suits are so buoyant you can reduce your swim time and effort expended by some extent. however if this is what you are attempting, see if you can get some lengths in with the wetsuit on, or if this isn’t possible use a float between your legs, basically just use your arms, save your legs for the biking and running.

again use a tri-forum. plenty of advice there.

i’m now offended that someone could be offended at me being offended by them being offended.

butternut squash risotto topped with toasted pine nuts.
bake sliced squash with garlic, thyme and oil for 45 mins. gm6.then scoop the flesh into a pan with some butter and seasoning and keep warm.
make standard risotto recipe, make sure you use vermouth rather than wine, then stir in the squash at the end with a nob of butter.

possibly not “pumping” enough but i generally get the following: “resident advisor” “little white earbuds” and “wolf and lamb”
also darkaudio is a hosting site that anyone can put mixes on, they do vary in quality but there’s definitely good stuff on there. there’s a few mixes that i have done on that one.
    and soundcloud is the same.

The narrow helmet makes sense. as it’s narrower, it’s brighter and you want the most light on what you’re looking at. they really are good.
