soft shells are ok if you know you won't want to take it off, they're too bulky. the vapourise stuff is quite good (as long as you wear a base layer for running) but i prefer the "two bottles into the shower approach": light-weight fleece with like a montane windshirt, far far cheaper and more convenient to my needs, but same effect.

couldn't work out how to add an actual image, but it's kind of sky blue, depends on the colour of the sky.

the way i see it, if i get off and walk, the next time i get off and walk , it will be exactly the same speed, but if i ride it, then the next time i will be quicker, more efficient and practised.

"it's made of floor", brilliant. Now how to get someone to ask me what my floor is made of, although my floor's laminate, but i do have a table made of table.

i saw a mythbusters where they polished a turd. it came out, erm, shiny.
"in my humble opinion" is one i think is sh1t, generally said by people with very little humility.

i've done this a few times, it's nice. pork with fennel always works, either fresh or seeds.

Here's an illustration – how many folk on here ride Specialized MTBs? And yet how many do you see out on the trails?

i'm obviously being stupid here, but i have no idea how many folk on here ride specialized, what do you mean?

if you take it as 3 500 m laps basically he would have to do the last lap in less than 6 minutes in order that the other two could have finished before he started it and not been relapped,so that would make him a pretty strong swimmer. if it's a total of 500m then yes they are all simultaneously drowning and anything is possible.

i think it's possible, swimmer three needs to be very slow in first lap then speeds up dramaticaly. i think he'd have to be a pretty strong swimmer though.
