shouldn't people with more pay more than those with less? or do you think it should be the other way round?

i don't drink tea, and when i had some work done, left all tea making stuff available, yet he still had a dig that i didn't offer to make him a brew when i got back from work. cheeky f*ck. seems to me that some people don't just drink tea to quench thirst, cos if they do it's obviously not working.

it's the helmet. i've got one and i have to remember not to raise my eyebrows after sweating as it compresses the padding and wrings the sweat out all over my face. horrible. slightly improved by a buff, but from now the zen is for winter. (good timing).

i'm the same, much rather do an open water swim. should also consider that tri wetsuits are incredibly boyant, almost like being on a surf board. i practised using a float between my legs and doing fron crawl. that way can save your legs for the bike and run. definately work out your transitions, first one i did , my cycling shoes were done up and i had sweet wrappers and all sorts in them. also make sure you pay attention to when and where you are removing your wetsuit and helmet as time penalties are harsh. definately have a go going straight from bike ride to run as your legs don't work the same after. it's also quite an amusing place to watch a triathlon a few running clubs run regular low key duathlons to help with this.

used to like watching snooker on acid. proper 'ardcore.
and my housemates once spent hours playing "pass the bowl", which is pretty much as it sounds. not a spectator sport.

I have a lizard tattoo and i don't regret it, but…I'm always trying to work out a way of incorporating it into a larger piece of work and if i had the choice again i would have gone for a far more complex from the off. If you are getting a tattoo for aesthetics, have a look at it on a piece of paper, if it looks like something that you'd want to keep in print form, then you're half way there. unless of course lizards have a personal significance, tell a story etc.
having said that, i've always liked swallows in the crook of finger and thumb.

ozone kites apparently have a good range for progression. 2nd hand info, i just have an 2 line imp but it's nicely put together, was a present from brother who has larger ozone kites.

would say riding with a bottle strapped to your waist can lead to much pain whe you fall off. so maybe the innov8 hydration thingy might be better. could act as padding.

if it matches, i won't wear it, the other day i realised that i was going out in a grey top with orange and my shorts were grey with orange, so i changed my top. my feeling is that with co-ordination of outfit comes some expectaion of co-ordination, and i'm not ready for that pressure.

perception is a strange thing. personally i'm having more fun biking now than i can remember, with a far better mix of natural and man made trails. i don't work in the industry so saleswise i'm not sure, but i think there are more people on bikes now than before. interested to know if you would have the same view on women's mountain biking, because that would seem to be in a growth period from observation, which sounds like a letch alert, but compared to say 5 years ago…
