If you don’t ask you don’t get. As above, the way you ask is important.

Anyway, let the outraged be outraged :)

@phil556 Yep I’m sure. BA have a fleet but they are gradually retiring.

There has been some live YouTube feeds the last few weeks of a few old BA 747’s taking off from Heathrow for the last time heading to Cardiff. Really short takes off too due to being empty.

I flew on the Pan Am 747’s a lot in the mid to late 80’s as a kid. Truely frightning. Although the cabin crew looked like they had more mileage on them.

That BA 747 isn’t going there for maintenance…

It’s being scrapped. Several have made the short trip to Wales over the last few weeks. Never to fly again.

Indeed Mike, maybe a few 380’s going cheap soon as it seems only Emirates can really make the thing work.

Plenty of standing room in the luggage hold.

My Open frame came with a custom length foam liner for the rear brake hose. Just squirted some silicon lube into the foam liner and shoved the hydro hose through. I can’t stand rattles. Works a treat. Can probably be found cheaply from somewhere like RS Electrical supplies etc.

Didn’t the Tories push through £85 million in NHS cuts at the same time as the Drone story?….

I think Luke (muntobiker) summed the place up perfectly a few years back.

Urban dictionary stuff are pretty spot on too.

I hear the Yanks to this day are regularly owned by the Brits, French and Israelis at Red Flag. The Yanks with all the toys and gear still.

Ah the Red Flag Buccaneers… finished their missions and back for tea before the Yanks even noticed.

Tried it, wasn’t impressed.  Smelt nice though.

Went back to Smoove which isn’t cheap either, but works for me.

Organisations / Institutions / Land managers /Trusts etc think they control the airspace. They don’t. The CAA does.

Correct.  A fact often overlooked by sensitive souls…

I had to do the CAA course recently, it’s full on!

I had the same thing in the carbon seat stay of a Cannondale Scalpel years ago.  There was a small access hole in which I dripped some strong superglue.  Just tipped the bike backwards and forwards, left it for a while… no more rattle.

I think the object was a bit of rivet from the brake mount.
