I will check next time I head past the shop!

But they make a bigger one if you want to fit loads in!

    I have purple shorts :P

My OH bought some of the mens surface ones and quite likes them. Bit loose on the waist apparently, but she stuck a belt on.

    I have a Zee.

    Honestly… Its rubbish.

XT is definitely much better. Double upshift and it feels much more instant when releasing. Zee feels like it has to click forwards then back to change, but XT just changes as soon as you push.

Plus you can mount it to your Shimano brake levers and use just the one clamp.

They do :) Called downhill tubes.

    But they aren’t very light.

Edit: Or as cheap, and just as susceptible to thorn/nail punctures

I like that. Did you just chop the buckle mount a bit and glue it on top?

I was half thinking of chopping the splines off and screwing/gluing the light straight onto a buckle, reckon that would work? Or would I need a booster to keep the flexible buckle bits from pressing on the bottom of the light?

I got mine from the UK one. I ordered a black, got red. And no UK charger but not a massive issue; got loads of those 2 pin adapters hanging around for various shavers. Light seems awesome!
Haven’t got to use it in anger yet tho. Still enough light after work for a decent ride atm.

Why do these threads always turn into; 8O “You’re ACTUALLY buying Superstar?! I wouldn’t if I were you. I know someone, who knows someone, who has a goat who broke one!”

Let the man buy his shiny chrome post :)

All you people who ordered poc gloves. How long did they take to arrive? Ordered on the 18th… Still waiting.

Maybe you are left eye dominant.

I am right handed, but when I shot archery i had to shoot with my left to make it more accurate.

    Watching with interest!
I sometimes get Raynaud like symptoms.
Which in turn causes chill Blaine’s.
    Not found a fix yet!

Anyone got a link to a decent charger that will charge generic magic shine esque batteries?

Going to get one of the solarstorms but fancy getting a decent battery and charger for it.

Are you sure it didn’t run down through the big hole in the top of the sock?

Detergent doesn’t actually strip the DWR.

You just aren’t really supposed to do it as it clogs the pores in the membrane. However if you rinse well afterwards, or tech wash afterwards then its okay. If your gear is really filthy then tech wash doesn’t clean that well, but detergent does.

Just make sure it is non-bio

Mine were about right. Slightly more snug. But definitely not worthy of going up a whole size. Normally size 9 bought a 43 in the M162’s

Worth trying some on as others have said as they will vary depending on which model you go for.

If you want it to be okay in the rain too get a synthetic insulated jacket rather than down. Down doesn’t work when its wet.

Something like Mountain Equipment Citadel for something really warm, or a Rab Photon for something a bit thinner.

If you run quite hot you might be okay in an insulated softshell such as Rab Baltoro Guide.

    My dog Bess.

She is 14 now and pretty ill with cancer. Feels like losing a friend. So many great memories tho.

They are worth all the mess and nagging!

    Check the rear hanger!

Surprising what noises can come from that if its a bit loose.

Edit… Also what’s your chain line like? My rubbish chain line wore through lower jockey wheel making the chain rub very slightly on the deraileur cage.

The whole idea of a helicoil is that is keeps the same size bolt as before.

I just bought a cheap kit from eBay. Worked great.

You have the money and the lawn to warrant a sit on mower…

Why wouldn’t you? Surely every bloke wants one?
