Well the cage of the mech can be undone which hold the jockey wheels. Mech cages are generally 2 parts.

But honestly… Just buy a quick link and split the chain.

Im a massive Nike 6.0 fan too.
They’re the only skate style trainer I have had that last linger than a month or so. Last pair I got on eBay from a tiny skate shop.

They are just about wearing through in the soles now. Replaced with some five tens. They have almost had it after 6 months. Don’t use them for cycling either as I use SPD.

Teva is next on th list i think…

I think you’d be lucky to get that much.
I’d probably pay 400 for it max.

I’d second those Brazilian never ending meat places.
3 hours we were in there. Never stopped. 2 guys ended up in the loo. Its so hard to leave your card red when they bring the next skewer. After all… What if that one doesn’t come round again?

Try The KM player. I have had that play things that VLC wouldn’t.

If not sounds like the file is messed up. Or if its HD I have had high res videos freeze my old laptop before.

    Decathlon for tarp.
I got a quechua one when I was in the alps a couple of years ago for €25 I think it was. Comes with all lines, pegs, and poles.

Trail is all open now. There might be some lorries and digger floating around. But the trail is all open.

I like loop 2. It doesnt gain much elevation. But there are some techy bits and its good fun. It shouldn’t be too wet atm. There will still be some patches. But its been dry for a while now so will be puddles rather than streams.

You do realise the der kaiser and der baron are full on dh tyres? The der kaiser especially will be awful on anything other than downhill. They are huge and very draggy.

    Edit: Not to mention, heavy!

Smidge is good. But some of the super midges still get through. It doesn’t seem to repel them, they still land on you and walk around, but then fly away again (or get smushed).

Its fine through general use, but staying in one place doing some trail maintenance they started to get through. Not sure whether it was just that the sweat washed it off?

Certainly one of the best ones I have used. with the added benefit that it doesn’t contain DEET.

The thing is; as soon as he buys it. A fair few of the good brands will pull out supplying them as soon as he drops the prices (and he will). Just like they did with field and trek. Mountain equipment, scarpa, salomon, etc.

I think the only issue I have had with mine is if your roof bars are really far apart because if you move the main clamp thing with the arm attached too far forward the front wheel won’t fit on the rack.

    Scott Ransoms don’t fit either.

Great, thanks! Just done some reading up. Wish I had known I could do this a few months ago! Would have saved a lot of fork hassle trying to find a good straight steerer fork.

Whole wheels or just the rims?
Just got a whole wheel from freeborn.

Anyone who had the old ones too… Is the fabric any different? I notice the new ones say they are water resistant which my old ones definitely aren’t.

If it looks like this… Might be new rim time.

    Got a pic?
Is it just the side of the rim bent in? Or has the whole rim section crumpled a bit? If its still holding a tyre, its probably okay just to bend it back GENTLY with an adjustable wrench. Or just leave it if its not too bad.

Give the spoke tension around it a check and go from there.

We caught 2 with an upturned basket that we threw at it. But that was a pain as it meant chasing t around the room for hours. Bough snap traps as they are about a third of the price of humane ones. Baited them with choccy spread. Caught loads. We are talking hear it snap… Get rid of dead mouse. 10 mins later it would snap again. Strange thing was, the ones we caught overnight always had no bait left so the brothers and sisters were literally crawling over their siblings corpses for some choccy goodness.

Think we got them all now.

Had a couple with really bulgey eyes after being snapped. Was quite funny! They looked surprised!

D30 should probably speak to companies that use their product then. I have a pair of RF Indy knee guards that use D30 and it clearly says on the care label they can be washed at 40 degrees.

Used to go camping a lot as a kid. We had a 12 man tent that web used for 3/4 of us and 2 dogs. You can walk around in it, and cook in it no problems. Wynster sattelite 12 it was.

Definitely go big, our wynster didn’t have a bucket groundsheet which was a pain if its really wet. So get one of them.

Take airbeds and a 12v air pump. You’re in the car and don’t have to carry it, so go for the extra comfort and warmth.

Edit: Take a dustpan and brush too.

EBay or amazon. Just get a cheapy one. HDMI is a digital connection so not affected by the quality of the wire.

Saw something very similar in North Wales other week. What other birds have a similar colour way? Red top, black and white bottom?

Bit of dowel and a rag for shoving in the tubes.

IPA for the cleaning. Evaporates and leaves no residue.

Plastic coated tyre lever to get the seals out. Vacuum cleaner tubes for putting new ones in.

Rubber mallet for releasing the lowers.

Take them out of the bike and clean them on the outside really well before dismantling.
