    Do you mean IS??
They are normally non-threaded holes and the thread is in the adaptor?

Ive done a PM one before with a kit I bought from eBay. Took about 5 mins. Very very easy. Just like THIS ONE

    My M400 is great.

I just dropped mine so they’re really squishy. Keeps the sealant in, but is soft enough to get big wheels in little bags.

Its a Nissan Stagea. Basically a Skyline estate.
Admittedly it looks much better with the front of an R34 bolted on!!

I’ve always wanted one of these…

    I’ve got a Polar M400.

Its much, much more accurate than both my phones. On strava it perfectly tracks roads and fire tracks that the phone used to just wobble around vaguely close to.

Keep an eye on the rear bushings. Looks great tho. Even with the clashing fork decals

I have the 13th as a delivery date. But I was told that almost a week ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if it doesnt materialise again.
    Hopefully its worth the wait!

Slx caliper has the threads too. Calipers are identical.

Guaranteed you angle grind it and find the keys the same day.

They aren’t as strong as the flow ex. I know 2 people who have got dents all round the rims riding the same stuff that the flow ex was fine on

Just don’t ask hope for a new rim as they will be charging £80 each!!

I’ve bought some of the Gravity ones too. Again haven’t fitted them yet. But they were only £16 when I got them. Couldn’t say no really.

Nope. Still the big diversion cutting out the descents leading to the loop 1\2 split.

New brakes, new pads, new rotors. They will need a decent bed-in period before performing as they should.

Which one? Rab tend to use “Alpine” to distinguish a slimmed down, lightened version of another jacket. e.g. the Baltoro Alpine is a lighter Baltoro.

Well mine went to Gatwick the day after it was dispatched. Then went back over to Brussels. And a number of other interesting places.

At least they are well travelled

The ones i ordered specified on the website that they were full retail, matt paint, and had a picture of the pump and seals etc and the SRAM box on the webpage.

Got them from bike-components for 600 Euros so about £470. These are the 650b ones tho so a bit pricier than 26″.

Shop was great. DHL a bit odd. The parcel has been touring around northern Europe for a week. At least they are now waiting at the delivery depot for delivery tomorrow hopefully.

The howitzer has the axle inside the BB doesn’t it?
Is the BB new? There shouldn’t be any lateral play on a BB with integrated axle as the spacers don’t change where the axle sits.

Are you sure the rim strips are tubeless ready?

Tried a lowers service? Check the stanchions for wear when you’ve got it disassembled too.

I believe STW is due to publish a long term review on this, unless I’ve already missed it.

Hasn’t happened yet. Few people waiting for it tho! No news on mine so I assume Silverfish have adjusted the expected delivery date. Again.

Been watching mine on dhl website. Arrived in Gatwick. Then went back to Brussels. Now it’s off somewhere else. Anyone else had strange goings-on with dhl?

read it again and it definitely sounds like the guy just doesnt get on with the idea of forward geometry.

Im not sure what pushed me to get one tbh. I wanted a hardtail again as my spicy was getting boring and i just spent most of my time on the rigid 29er. Just liked the look of it.

Hopefully it will actually be in on friday. silverfish have changed their delivery dates a few times now.

Ive gone for Conti trail kings. with he big 2.4 up front.

Im surprised there hasnt been more interest in this thread!

Nope. Didn’t try one. But everyone seems to rate the Foxy and its got the same geometry as that. Just seemed like a great bargain.

Im doing similar. got a set of 150 pikes to go on. superstar wheels. and a mix of slx and xt drivetrain. Just a normal external hose reverb for now as it came off my spicy.
I also have a works expander ring for the cassette so will see what thats like.

Ive got a set of flat bars to go on, but im not sure if they will be a bit low. will see.

MBR did a review in the feb mag. They didnt like it, but i get the feeling the guy reviewing it just didnt like forward geometry. he didn’t seem to get the point to it.
