    3000RPM.

I have bought 2 separate refurbished Lenovo Thinkpads off of them now. The first was in slightly better condition, looks brand new. the second was a bit scuffed on the top of the lid, but it has a new keyboard and everything works as it should. i paid £250 for a 2.6ghz i5 cpu. 8gb ram, 1tb hard drive. its got intel HD3000 graphics. and a HD display. Lenovo T420. very pleased with it.

It’s a very dangerous thing to put a whole bag in front of me and turn your back…

    Haha, this sounds very familiar!

ive had a go at setting up tubless conti tryes on both tactics and the ds25.
The tactic is a better built rim, and im pretty sure it was slightly easier to set up tubeless. but ive given my ds25’s alot of abuse so far and they are great for the price.

I’m 6ft. The 16 is definitely too small. I have an inbred 18 and that is fine for general riding.

I got rid of the cling film after the first night.
First night clean it with non purfumed soap and reapply cling without moisturer and wait half a day after taking it off to start with the moisturising. Not sure why, but that’s what i was told to do!

Then after that just moisturise it whenever you think about it for the first week. And then morning and evening for the next couple of weeks. And clean it a couple of times a day to start with.

I used Palmers cocoa butter, the non fragranced one, as apparently less likely to cause irritation. Healed nicely. No scabbing at all. Bit of flaking tho.

Not a specific bike tool per se; but using a cordless drill/driver with a torx bit in the end for disc brake rotor bolts. Don’t know why I didn’t think of it earlier!

Just ripped my TK. right near the bead. Not impressed by the durability. Only ridden it about 10 times. Seen a couple of other cuts in it while looking for the hole.

I have a mate who does stuff with the Mandolorian Mercs. Seriously awesome gear that he made all himself. I would certainly be going along if I had the patience to make a suit!

Bleed it with it stuck down. Will be fine. That’s what I had to do to mine when I replaced the hose and found I didn’t put the barb in all the way.
Enough oil to push it down, but not enough to extend it back after it had pee’d all over the floor.

Anyone else’s browser diverting Eyewear Outlet to a website called Igero? It throws up big warnings using WOT on Chrome.

Yep, I’ve got two from different years. Sizing is pretty normal, but they are very, very stretchy. Really soft, comfy t-shirts. Rubbish as baselayers tho. Its basically a cotton t-shirt in terms of us ability.

I bolted one on when we went to Spain for a week. I knew there was some monster climbs and I’m glad I put it on. Don’t need it back home. But was great out there. Especially for the 800m vertical climb on fireroad.

I’ve always used the JetParks car parks. Just choose the one that’s furthest away. JetParks 3 I think it is. Normally costs about £20 a week.

I bought one for this purpose. It works and you get a nice straight cut. But it will need a bit of filing still. you end up with a bur on the top as the final bit just sort of snaps off, and the top edge for some reason tapers out meaning spacers dont quite fit, so that will need filing down too. I’ve got a Dremel so just did it with that in 30 secs. So yes it works and has a nice finish once its sorted out, but don’t expect it to be any less work.

Got mine all built up. Just got the reverb hose to sort out. Will get a pic up soon. But first impressions of the ‘up the road’ test seem good. Might need some riser bars instead of my flat ones as the front is really low; even with the 150 forks.

Ive had brass ones go like this before. Caused by an over tensioned wheel tho.

Pretty sure its a 44mm headeset. Thats what my spicy needed anyway.

Also means you can run tapered forks with a 44EC lower cup.

If you can get hold of a frame set! Still waiting for mine!
Nice to hear some positive words tho. I was fed up of bikes being far too short i be always felt very perched. So thought this would be just the thing.
I’ve got the whole build waiting. Cost about 1500 I think. So bit cheaper than the whole bike with my component choices.

That’s good to hear. What size did you ride and how tall are you?
Pikes and SLX brakes should be good then!

Varies massively on water. Tetley in N Wales is awful. But pretty good in Wiltshire. Fav so far is Thomson everyday blend in the gold packet. Or cafe direct. Clipper used to be good, but think something has changed and it’s pretty weak now.
