This strain of flu is worse for people in their 20s and 30s and people who have other health problems. It could be worse for pregnant women because their immune system is having to work extra hard as it is. It is thought that older folk can cope better with this flu having been exposed to a similar strain years ago and therefore have better immunity against H1N1(swine flu).

I could be wrong though. 🙂

I helped to marshal on the day and really enjoyed it. Fantastic event.
I was the first one at the top of the quarry and then moved over to where the Have a Go Heroes and the rest, split towards the end of the race.

Would it not be possible to have the “arena” up near the finish line, like they had last years opening race event? They also had the start at that point too.

I loved my RS7s. I thought that with a square taper BB I’d have them years. That until the tapers on the cranks started to round off after only 10 months. Which ofcourse the warranty doesn’t cover. 🙁
