I had mine at work, last week, they’re giving everyone who has one a £5 Next voucher, so it would’ve been daft not to, as I was having one anyway (Diabetic).
Edit. I started feeling a chesty cold coming on yesterday.

I got some Tech 3 E4s earlier this year, they came complete with the I-Spec nuts and bolts.
Before they arrived, I was wondering the same.

Whatever you do, don’t ride in front of him. Do you have a Go-Pro? :-)

I used to have a Viking, got it from Mick Donovan Cycles in Wakefield. It was my first “racer”.
Columbus Steel frame, Universal brakes, and Simplex gears (5 speed).
Must’ve been autumn 1972, though, so not really relevant.
    Sorry, as you were.

I’ve a Mountain Morph, probably 10 years old, that used to live in my Camelbak Mule. It’s now living in my Osprey Raptor 14. I’d post a photo, but the Flickr hurdles are just too high. :?

    Can I come, Ton?
I’ve got a week in Tenerife booked, beginning of March. Hoping to get a few days out with Lavatrax.
    Must get some miles in.

I’ve been on Simvastatin for knocking on 10 years. Type 1 diabetes and family history did for me.
I’m not sure about side effects, I just put aches and pains down to age, 57 on Sunday. :?

Birkenstocks indoors, Crocs on the back door step for bin emptying, clothesline and summertime bike washing duties.

I’ve done a fair few miles on summer holiday promenade walks in Birkenstocks, too. So, yes. 8)

There’s a caliper alignment video on the hope Web site.

    + another.
I put some new Tech3 E4s on my new Solaris recently, had the same problem as you, following the above video sorted it.

I rang up and cancelled our tv package 2 or 3 months ago. You have to give 30 days notice, so you’ll still get all your service until that expires.
As FuzzyWuzzy says, you’ll get a 35% discount offer straight away.
I hung on till the day before the month was up, went on Live Chat and ended up with 50% off and £50 credit, locked in for 12 months.
    It’s well worth doing.

The wife and I went on a couple of trekking trips with Freemotion about 15 years ago, we both enjoyed them.
There were 4 of us staying in Puerto Rico about 9 years ago, 3 of us went on 2 road rides and an mtb ride with Freemotion, renting their bikes. They picked us up and dropped us off, in their minibus, for a small charge.
We asked for the mtb brake levers swapping, didn’t ask for the roadies doing, I would now, though. I came down the 22k (I think) descent using just the back brake, didn’t trust myself not to grab a handful of the left, I just hung on with that hand! 8O

Not an injury forced lay off, but many moons ago (nearly 30 years), I got chicken pox. Bored outta my tree, only 4 channels on tv, no interweb, and living on my own (no chance of visitors with me covered in itchy spots), I got my old guitar out and relearned. It certainly passed some time on.

Or, you could have a go at learning a language.
    Best wishes, heal well.

We’ve got a big gun, a Stryke Retaliator, and as Bregante has found, it jams too frequently to recommend.
I bought 200 of the beautifulwoman bullets, from a previous Northwind link, for our Elite guns, they’re much better than the original ones.
I bought 50 or so Mega bullets and a revolver type gun, also from a Northwind link. These work well, too.
I like the look of that gun Rockhopper’s linked to. That might be for later in the year.
I’ve recently come across some Nerf water guns in Lidl. They’re where it’s at for the warmer months. :D

Take the wife to a rescue kennels. Chances are, she’ll fall for a dog that needs a home. You can at least try and steer her towards one that you fancy, and away from the ones you don’t.

After my best man did the usual bits at the start he began the speach proper by saying
“We were on our way to the church today speaking about everything we’d been through and how glad we are none of them are here today”

That got things off to a good start

    Lolz

Yep, it’s that time of year again, when the suicidal frogs sit in the middle of the trails.
They were out on Tuesday night and again last night.
    Why do they do that?

Well, thanks for the info, folks.
We had a couple in the Victoria yesterday afternoon, down to the Shakespeare to meet friends, ate in Tango at teatime. Then it got fuzzy.
I remember getting 2 bottles of champagne in the Champagne Bar. £80!!! 8)
    I must’ve been very fuzzy!
Just called in The Station House for a couple.
Might be back for the Miner’s Gala. :D
