Armo see if your Doc can refer you to Orthopaedic consultant and get an MRI. Then you’ll have the facts and can treat / manage accordingly.

‘UKF’ and ‘quality’ aren’t two words I’d put in the same sentence. Maybe ‘UKF’ and ‘cheesy wobble fest’ are more appropriate.

For the more discerning DnB heads check out Critical Music Podcasts

22 Tracks is a good source of quality, curated music.

I’m 41, I started getting hip pain 4 years ago. Diagnosed a year ago with arthritis and FAI in both hips, torn labrum in one and ankylosing spondilits. Initial talk was to have an arthroscopy on the tear and FAI in one hip.

One year on I’m not sure about the surgery. The consultant is happy for me to keep doing what I can and review in a year, or earlier if needed. Then possibly go for the op.

In the meantime I managing things with Pilates, swimming, cycling and osteopathy. Working on glute strength in particular. All with the ok from the consultant. The pain is less than it was 3 or so years ago.

One day I’ll go for the op, with the peace of mind that my specific exercises have been good pre-hab

    Tips:

    Keep moving.

I find diet helps. Try to keep the diet as alkaline as possible.

Find the best Orthopaedic consultant you can, there are some real good ones out there. Check out http://www.richardvillar.com/

Cultivating an appetite for violence is not healthy for society. Wether or not you might actually be the next Thomas Hamilton or Michael Ryan.

Send a final demand threatening legal action. Include copy of original invoice & details of your payment terms In most cases this should work, as the debtor will not want to risk a CCJ against them.

If they don’t pay take legal. Using either a debt recovery solicitor or debt collector. You can add these costs to the overdue invoice.

Recovering debt can turn out expensive. You need to way up wether it’s worth the expense. You might want to pursue the debt out of principal and show the debtor you don’t appreciate being messed around.

Personally I think dogs detect fear. Getting into a flap and shouting is only going to worry the dog. It you keep your cool and keep your arms down with no sudden movements all should be fine.

Desperate, when they own one one of the world’s largest online bike shops, several brands and a few distribution companies? I don’t think so.

Owning the brands, distribution and retail gives them better margins and more control.

Black Labraddoodle with a hint of silver here. Brilliant dog, great temperament, very smart, easy to train, great with our young kids and people in general.

In the home she’s super chilled. Out and about she’s energetic yet controllable. Loves to swim and retrieve.

I think it’s great, especially with iCloud.

    Photos via photo stream
Home movies via AirPlay from iPad & iPhone.
Renting / buying movies from iTunes Store
    Vimeo
    Netflix
TV Catchup app on iPad to TV / Apple TV via AirPlay.

When Netflix incareases the volume of content I’ll be waving bye bye to Sky TV.

I was born in Merseyside and family from Liverpool. Left the area when young and grew up the south. Recently been spending more time back in Liverpool and the surrounding area, I’ve got to say I love it. The city is buzzing. Great transport infrastructure (cheap trains) and just on your doorstep you’ve got North Wales and the Lakes.

Given the chance I would love to move back to the area.

If you like Tapas, check out Lunya in L1.

Keep an eye out for the Livepool girls with their curlers in.

Loads of history to take in. Me and the wife went down Scotland road to get a feel of the old docks.
