I’m currently evaluating Podio. The feature of clients being team members is one attraction. Plus it’s very customisable with apps.

I’ve tried: basecamp, deskaway and do.com None of them look as good as Podio.

Dressing like Ricky Carmichael to ride a fairly mellow trail centre does seem a little over the top. Even then, if you come off properly you’ll hurt yourself whatever you’re wearing.

Plus, it’s debatable that wearing a full face can increase the risk of neck injury.

From experience:

@ Yunki Being able to do what you love for a job and work to live is not something everyone will have the opportunity to achieve. Most people who do, will be very motivated individuals that have worked hard to create their reality.

Talking / dreaming about what an 18 yr old wants to do with their life is pointless if they have no work ethic. Too many of today’s youth think the world owes them a living.

As an employer I’ll give more opportunities to the people with the best work ethic and the most motivation. Qualifications come second.

Totally agree that Frank’s Tank is a mess. The messier it gets the more riders look for a fresh line and end up causing more damage.

I rode it a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t help but think about trying to repair it. This and several other routes in the area are all in need of a bit of TLC. Maybe local clubs, shops & landowners should form an initiative to maintain the local routes.

I’ve always found it surprising that the National Trust, local council and landowners have not embraced mountain biking. It’s a great opportunity for the local economy, whilst not at the expense of conservation. In it’s current form the environment is coming off worse. Something has to change.

Anyone with advise and experience on how to go about this?

I have a Stache 8… it’s a great bike. Overall a very capable bike that’s loads of fun to ride.

Google boilerplate and bootstrap websites, this will bring up lots of very ‘current’ looking sites.

If local kids went to local schools this would reduce the amount of traffic. But instead kids can go to schools miles away, because their local school is either rubbish or full up. Inevitably they get to their not so local school by car, adding to the traffic problem.

In short the government need to invest more in education and parents need to encourage their kids to walk/ride to their local schools.

i don’t mind posh people. But posh people trying to seem ‘ordinary’ or singing like a Irish traveller… that’s extremely irritating.

The music industry is full of too many poshos all pretending to be something they aint, singing about a life they’ve never lived or experienced.

Riding is good for the soul. That is enough motivation.

Personally I don’t think justice has been done in case of Thompson and Venables. A few cushy years in an offenders institute, new identities and most likely handed some opportunities to help get them on their way in society. What does one of them end up doing? Showing a sexual inetrest in kids. Looks like all the rehab worked.

They should have locked up for a lot longer.
