I had a 4 week wait for my Sinbad Purple 2012 frame to turn up a few weeks ago. You may have a longer wait if its a full bike build. Well worth the wait though 🙂

Quinny freestyle, great off-road and as a travel system with Maxi Cosi components has been faultless.

I was wondering about this as well, as Im about to purchase a 2012 5 frame. Is the extra £100 for the RP23 worth it over the Evo RL? I wasnt sure if the Evo has a level of Pro-pedal or not. My Old Fox float r on my Heckler has factory pro-pedal set as standard at level 2.
I demo’d a Five a few weeks back with a RP23 fitted and it was very wallowy climbing without PP on. So i’d like to confirm whether the new Evo float RL has PP built in as standard.

Just retired my old Mule. Its been replaced with an Osprey Talon 11, great sack and well thought out, the pockets on the hip belt are handy for quick access to camera/phone/gps and it feels a lot better on the back than Mule.

UKbikestore had them in. Same happened to my k24s. I waited 3 months for them to get them in stock though so had to do a bodge repair. drilled a 2.5mm hole through the rod and put a split pin through it which then pushed the plunger, not pretty bu did the job.

Clean it most times on My Heckler, however I find it easier on the HT, more feel for what the rear wheel is doing.

Ive got the 2007 Heckler with float r standard shock fitted. Got coil 454 Pikes up front. It does everything i want of it, from trail centre stuff to big mountain days out. Ride Golspie and Laggan regulary and it eats up the drops with ease. No quarms about the float r shock. Ive had it since new, and had a pre 07 Heckler with coil fitted before this one. Got to say I like the float.

I bet you rebuild your 456 as well ;), thats what i did. Both great bikes

Any excuse to post a pic

My two. They're both great out with the bike. The collie will run all day. The Lab is happy out for a couple of hours, anything more and she starts flagging. The Lab is no good when its hot either, she really suffers. I always try and finish a ride near a river or stream so they can cool down.

If your coming this far, then you have to do Golspie. Laggan is worth it too, you could ride the reds and black in a few hours then move on.
