I have a friend who used to have regular video chats with woman from the US.
I asked was he not bothered that they could record his video sessions and show them to others.

I had my van full of tools stolen in Ealing.
2 scroutes were caught trying to board a ferry at Dover in said van complete with false plates minus most of my tools.

Some one spotted the reg on the tax disc did not match the false plates, did a check on the reg on disc which showed as stolen.

When I picked up my almost empty van from Dover I asked the DCI I was dealing with what would happen to the two scrotes And I was told they had let them go.

He said he was Dover port police that was seperate to Dover police and as the van was stolen in Ealing it was the mets job to investigate and when he rang his appropriate colleague in the met to say he had two prisoners in custody for them to collect he was told they would not be sending anyone to pick them up and just to let them go free.

I was down thousands but that did not matter.

Prohibition makes it much more likely kids will use as the supply is in the hands of drug dealers whose moral are less robust than the average shop/chemist/off licence.
Secondly we have prohibition and a 40 year “war on drugs” and this was when you witnessed it , clearly it does not work.

Adults can do what the want but when I see a group of kids smoking weed on a Wednesday afternoon it upsets me a little, this is from someone who did puff, LSD Es from 12 years old.

If that same bunch of kids saw me drinking a tinnie in the street on a Wednesday afternoon they would call me a pisshead.

I heard a prison officer on a radio phone in say the smell of weed could regularly be smelt on the wing of an evening and turning a blind nostril was the recommended course of action.

When the presenter said this was out of order and if an officer knows a prisoner is doing something illegal that prisoner should be brought to task.
The officer replied they would not be the staff on to do so and it would kick off big time, so best to leave them to it.

I don’t know how true to life the film was but it is a favourite of mine.

The friend who I have been looking after has now stepped up from being waited on to doing the waiting.
So strangely providing I get well soon this could be good for both of us in as much as him getting his independence back.

I once removed a blocked 10 foot down pipe and hopper which the bathroom waste went into.
And it was blocked solid from top to bottom with hair causing the hopper to overflow.

Only two woman in the house but both mother and 18 year old daughter had hair down to their waist.

I have been on citalopram for 5 days now after reassurance by a gp this will not pose a risk of triggering a psychotic episode. since then my anxiety has gone through the roof to the point of not wanting to get out of bed in the morning.
I constantly feel scared for no reason at all and am scared i will feel like this for ever more.
The same GP has assured me that this is a side effect of the citalopram and sometimes makes things worse before getting better so has prescribe diazapam for a few days.

7weeks ago I felt fine but now the wheels have fallen off.
And I tell myself it’s just a feeling and need to carry on regardless.

Hoof= to drive through with the laces using maximum effort.

I am moider for this also, have suffered a couple of heavy crashes due to losing the front end because of this.

I don’t understand,

There was recent talk in the media of mental health services referral times being poor and I did not believe it as I had previously found it brilliant, obtaining easy access to good (sympathetic) doctors.
I think the woman I spoke to today’s nick name at work is “stone cold” 😀

I spoke to someone at the center again today and was told August before I could see a member of the health team.
When I said this is ridicules I could be a lot worse by then.
I was told they have to many patients.
I said no you have not enough doctors, too which she disagreed and again said too many patients.

Now the NHS has saved my sanity in the past for which I will be eternally gratefull.
But this turn of events has made me worry about my future, not just my imidiate future but if I was to become seriously unwell in years to come.

I asked what should I do if I feel I can not wait that long, and I was told to present myself at A&E.
After much protest I was given an appointment in June, but an assessment by a health worker not a psychiatrists.
When did NHS mental health services become spread so thinly.
As preaviously said before 5 or so years ago I rang them after feeling unwell for one day and was told to come in the next.

One of the things that bugged me was she said the was no record of my speaking to them a week ago despite who ever I spoke to at the time saying they would.
And then later she said we only received your referral two days ago to which I replied that was not true as I was told the week before they only received it two days before then.

So are they that stretched they feel they have to lie to people.

I mourn the passing of my blackheads.
I sometimes hunt to no avail before walking away desolate at the fact I could not find not one.
Can’t beat a good blackhead.

I use my iPhone 4s which I have had for ages. And too was worried I would run the battery down and not have the use of it in case of an emergency. So instead of buying a standalone gps unit I just bought an external battery instead, small, cheap and holds nearly 3full charges I think.

I do have a garmin fr220 which I won’t wear on the bike as I crash to often. 😀
