I have spent a lot of time on wards dedicated to the elderly. I have seen patients deliberately ignored when they wanted a drink and were incapable of reaching there water. I had to tell one patients wife to bring in food with her to feed her husband as his dinner was routinely left and then taken away untouched because he not feed himself.

I have fought tooth and nail to get treatment for an elderly friend. And had several doctors give me completely different reasons all contradictory why he was not getting the treatment he was promised so was deliberately lied to.

Had nurses tell me to not feed the patient and then when he asks for dinner to lie and tell him he had already had it.

The care children get from a the nhs is absolutely unbeatable. But sadly I have seen the polar opposite when it comes to the elderly.

I nearly bought a paper today something I have not done since it came out they hacked Milly dowlers phone.

Because I wanted to know more about this man, in a bid to try and understand how some one could do this.

I also want to see faces of the people whose lives he cruely ended. I cried yesterday at the thought of the little girl who died and the mothers pain of not knowing where here daughter was, I hoped she would turn up alive but deep down was thinking the worse, which sadly today was proven to be the case.

Something as simple as going to a concert would have and should have been a wonderful and exciting event for these kids, and the source of precious life long memories for both them and their parents.

It made me reflect on what a wonderful time childhood is and that this was an attack on innocents.

I hope this man is reported matter of factly, nothing more and nothing less as demonising him may appeal to such a person capable of such an act.

just spoke to my son. the dogs trust and the rspca both told him that if the dog had been with them, and had bitten someone, they would have put it to sleep.

This must be due to the size and potential damage a dog of such size could inflict.

The dogs trust near me have a small dog my mum wants to adopt but they won’t put it out for adoption as it has biten several members s of staff, their trainers are working with it to hopefully change its ways or they will have to put it to sleep.

I always say hello to any dogs I see tied up outside shops, always have from a very young age. I also have always worked in one aspect of building industry or another but always residential and always say hello to the resident mut after asking the owner.

I have the good sense to slowely offer them the back of my hand to sniff before then going to stroke the top of the head.

I would not go in for kiss with any dog accept my own or family members who I know.

My next door neighbour had a BBQ last week. It was an old gas BBQ they were using without gas but old fence panels for fuel, the smoke and the smell was ridicules.

There English is very poor so when I objected and suggested smokelesscharcoal was what they should be using if not gas, it fell on deaf ears.

I have no problem with my neighbours they are nice people but the landlord who recently bought the house to my right where the family of unknown origin live completely destroyed the beautiful front an rear gardens cutting and ripping out any sign of life leaving just a Barron dead mess because he believed that because the gardens looked like they needed maintaining was putting people off, the landlord for the sake of post is Asian.

I live in one of a block of four terraced houses.
The first house I don’t know where they are from but there English is very bad but at a guess I would say North African. The second house is mine, he third house a young Romanian family live and in the fourth house there is a Portuguese couple.

This is very recent two years ago all were owned by local English family’s who lived in them long enough to raise a family but have now moved on and sold to buy to let landlords, apart from the Portuguese who own there house.
