Yep same for me a for lemming. Flew back from geneva last weekend, bike bag with spare tyres, pads and helmet at around 28kg and my rucksack in the hold at 15kg. Pre-booked, no issues at all with bristol or geneva airports. That’s with easyjet.

Stay home, ride around local park, with full armour and stabilisers.

Oh, garlic mayo or chicken gravy is also great as is ketchup

Engineers tend to be ‘thinkers’ (Check out NLP)

Thinkers weigh up the risks involved with starting a business, throwing their house/ relationships/ money into a ‘hair-brained’ scheme and most will turn away from that, preferring a little more security.

Entreprenuers, on the other hand may be ‘entertainers’ ignoring the risks and not caring about the facts in order to make their idea a reality. If the idea works, they become successful businessmen, and even if they dont they will likely try again.

Mine get triggered usually early in the morning, having not eaten and done some exertion. Can also be triggered with same set of circumstances but by being dazzled by bright light coming through a window while I’m in a dark room (someone pulling curtains back for example)

At the first sign of flashing lights behind my eyes I stick a wooly hat on and go sit in a quiet dark room. Usually works, but when it doesn’t I get the lights for about 30mins, then bad headache for an hour or two, then feel sick for ages.

Mine dont seem to be food related.

I think Mrs Cheeze needs a bit of confidence-inspiring grip on the front, so maybe a Minion FR and then I’ll bung a HR on the rear (As she does tend to drag the rear brake when pointing down)
That of course leaves me with the same combo. I wouldn’t say that I was a DH fiend, but I have been impressed overall with the Minion for GP use (and a day up the Q’s with Sharky and co.)

Anyone else want to chip in?
