It can help if you use the correct pooing technique.
Sit upright with a very straight back, otherwise you are putting an unwanted bend in your colon. You might try raising your feet up on something so the knees are bent too. Then do slow, deep nasal breathing into your back with width expansion of the chest, slow and controlled in and out breaths whilst trying to keep as relaxed as you can. Little or no pushing and be patient.
As well as eating the prunes or whatever else this might help.

It may not be a classic quite yet but I would love a Lotus Elise S1. I got one in 2000 but I couldn’t really afford to keep it after about 3 years. Well I couldn’t really afford it in the first place. What an amazing car to drive and to look at. Yes the later versions are quicker but the looks have gone for me.

Just getting part time/seasonal/zero hours work is not so easy at present and will no doubt get even more difficult over the next few years what with pandemic and Brexit downturns to come. Hundreds of applicants for driving and supermarket jobs.

I’m sure a Playstation controller will be the best way for many to drive a car in the near future but don’t forget they’ll be driving themselves soon

Try getting into cooking it can be very theraputic, especially if you enjoy asian, middle eastern, mexican food which is not too technical but fun to prepare. Once we get some daylight back get out walking if you are near the countryside. Spice it up with some basic bird spotting, photography or geocaching.

I love the Anker speaker I was given at Christmas. Can’t quite compare with the pair of Sonos I have for sound quality but can’t really fault it for the size, great for mobility. Not sure what model, it doesn’t seem to tell you on the unit. Not sure what it cost my dear wife either (rude to check when it was a pressie).

Just a tip from a fellow DIY incompetent speaking from experience
If you have to buy a brand new plane it will probably require to be honed to the correct blade angle/sharpness. You may not have the kit or expertise to do this yourself. The outer packaging may not tell you about this.

Elland Woods are best left alone over winter. Wait until a spell of good spring weather has dried out the trails. Then you will enjoy your day out.

07 plate Seat Altea. Ex rep car with nearly 180K mileage but still a pleasure to drive. The turbo is whistling a bit so that may be the end of it but I intend to run it for as long as I can.
