lets get rid of ol squinty eyes and get someone who has some fresh ideas. The current lot dont know their arse from their elbow. It clearly shows they havent got a clue and are miles away from anything that attracts new fans. When squinty says he doesnt care about getting younger fans it says it all.
No fans no money no show.

F1 strategy group headed by bobby fernley makes a lot of noise about cost cap. This is the same team that moaned about Manor coming into the new season. Seems ironic he bases his cost cap points on keeping 6 teams going when he’d ideally wanted 5 teams and more money at the beginning of the season.

There are the racers and the moaners .. karma is coming for you Fernley.

Its interesting the mirror of f1 and motogp where the haves and have nots are clear. One thing is Dorna does support the lower teams. There is still the problem of factory v customer teams.
Squinty eyes needs to stop making a show and start making a sport that generates interest.

Why do footie fans head off to watch a game and eat dodgy pies and sausage rolls? Its the expectation that their team might win and their presence might make a difference. The drivers are so detached from the fans, show us more of the teams ( the hard working guys at the factory and in the pits). I want to hear from Jason the jack man. If Kimi wont talk to the press how about the chef from ferrari?
    There is a team in F1 !

Why am I not surprised by the outcome? Does that make me racist?

No just very good at predicting what would happen next… Maybe the blokes thought they were entitled to it and could justify their need. Its a shame the experiment didnt ask for their money back

I use the mobi portable jet washer that plugs into the cigarette lighter. Plenty of power and enough water to wash an estate. A quick refill for a rinse and job done. I get to wash the bikes as well. Probably already paid for itself and still working after 1.5years. A large tub of shampoo and wax from costco.

yes the same reason I wash my own bike. Although can be tempted to machine wash when they drop the price below £2

they ought to pay the front jack man danger money. I reckon the rear guy gets the easy job 🙂

The lotus man certainly showed commitment.. Rosberg had plenty in hand .. Hamilton is getting better in the interviews when he loses but the team made it harder but not the main reason he finished second.
Cant wait for monaco.. there should be some fisticuffs I suspect.

harsh crowd tonight .. he’s out there and we’re not. Is that an hdr shot?

After all its not a fashion parade, whatever helps you get from A to B in the fastest most enjoyable way!

I’d prefer the picture with just the scenery myself.

I dont suppose a dodgy guy in a fedora was having a chat with the judges at the time.

I think there was a a high level of respect and feeling that it was a bit of an exhibition match ( wrestling type match) .
Mayweather will relinquish his belts today according to the bbc interview ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/boxing/32572656) and have one last non title fight.

that fight went quick.. worth watching. Feel for Pac man. The crowd was harsh tonight on Mayweather but showed he could be hit and take them.

Depending on how old the car maybe try some local breakers. Can be cheaper as you dont have the postage and you can see the condition and haggle 🙂

Workrate and aggression although Pac man also has the power to stiffen up Money’s legs. I think you’ll see a different Mayweather in the fight and a retro Manny.

Pastries and coffee for me.. see you all at 4.00 am 🙂

I’m setting the alarm although not sure 4 or 5am yet. Should be a great start to the sunday 🙂
Would love the story of Pac man beating Money and then do it all again in a rematch. Not many fights really get capture the imagination nowadays. Go Pac man ( Do it for the people!)

check the length of the bars but my guess the astra is narrower than the seat so should be fine. My box probably was an old thule. The struts are plasticky and the shell looks like it could shear off but closed its very rigid. It will probably out last the car :). And there are fantastic for summer holidays

I’m pretty sure thule make bars for other people and oems. Last time I bought bars they had aero and cuboid types. With the aero ones the us a rubber strip that covers a channel which I think you can use to mount certain bike carriers. Thule do foot packs for different types of cars so you could keep the bars and get new foot packs for your next car.

Ive got a halfords box on thule bars. The holding brackets are u shape ones held by some butterfly type nuts and a large washer.

Never get out of there without spending £30 but more like £100.
I grab a hotdog and coke for £1.50 or jacket potato and chilli for £1.75.
    On my list
Thai fragrant rice, gyozos, asparagus, haribo, Sour cream pretzels, pain au chocolat ( when they make them), Chocolate bar cake 🙂 , levis 501s, oastries, car tyres, skippy peanut butter, jelly beans.

    So my answer is YES!

I have the mobi15 basically without the power pack and use the car to power it. It gives out pretty good pressure. A tad noisey and really heavy when filled up. The spray gun has a good range of adjustment from fine mist to jet spray. I’;ve been using it for about 2 years and wash the car more than the bike. Decided not to go for the power pack as its always near a car and easier to store. The unit has wheels on the base to move it around.

renault scenics mk2 had dash failures that required changing ( lots of low mileage models ??) and also the perennial windows regulator problems.

the article seems more like a personal attack on DC’s life choices and pesona rather than critique his ability to do his presenting job.
Sportsmen / women aren’t media celebrities or presenters but competitors with a single focus to compete and win. Check out the interviews post football matches and players turn commentators ( yes I mean you P neville and A townsend). Even Brundle was poor at the beginning when co commentating with Murray walker. But styles change and presenters adapt their style. There is a reason whey Lauda, Hill and Villneuve dont get more than 5 minutes of camera time.
Its a shame that Ben Galop ( bbc sport blokey) sold out the f1 coverage after the fantastic work they did with Humphries et al.

if ever there was a picture that spoke a thousand words is the photo of the 3 drivers above.
I saw a red car in the shape of a marrusia once but its the lack of back of the grid tussle that is the detriment to marussia. In previous seasons there was the hrt, caterham and marrusia mini race as well as the one up front. It seems the train of sauber, torro rosso, lotus and occasionally mclaren that catches the eye.

Its says it all when the cameras no longer focuses on the top three except when exiting the pitstops. I think the director got distracted at the lights out bit. Still plenty of focus on the RBR and Mclaren livery throughout.

Poor Maldonado gets a pasting all by himself. He doesnt help his cause but he could be a lot worse and provides some entertainment.

is it just me that thinks everytime rbr moan about competitive engine they are angling for another manufacturer to come in ( eg audi). They wont commit unless Bernie disappears so maybe its a way to remove the dwarf and get other engine manufacturers in to replace the privateers.

It gets a bit tiresome listening to the hairbrained ideas he comes out with that the majority of the paddock that disagree with him.

you wouldnt challenge anyone round our way as you’d more likely get a punch in the face from the mothers or stabbed in the leg.
Our school is at the end of the cul de sac and they have built a concrete triangle as a turning circle. Cars would park 3 abreast so the school has a traffic flow monitor.
I feel for the bus drivers that have to negotiate the road. It got so bad that a lovely parent depositied their car at the bottom of the road sideways which stopped the bus coming up for 30mins. Unfortunately Chardonnay and Alfie cant walk up the road so they sat on the bus until some Dads forcefully moved the car 🙂

If the club / group is decent they should not alleviate your concerns of pace. On the contrary I find the local club impose both distance and speed on newcomers. Now thats a real put off. I think they forget that we all start form somewhere and end up faster and fitter ( not that they contemplate that you may even be fast and fit to start with.)
Ride with a gps and head home if they bugger off 🙂

since doing more exercise and a vague attempt at riding more I’ve become more intolerant to alcohol. Cheap date and 0% and 2% beers seem to be the norm at the moment. A couple of ciders and I’m away with the fairies.

Might be worthwhile trying some alcohol free beers to see if there is anything else in alcoholic drinks that does you in. I was told the non alcoholic stuff was brewed the same with the alcohol taken out although I’m not sure if thats entirely true judging by the taste of some 0% brews.

I have a problem with coffee that makes my head go round and nauseus, no probs with tea so go figure?

My tip for alcohol free is erdinger alcohol frei. (its isotonic too so awesome after a hot day in the saddle 🙂 )

although they wont mention it you can get the seller to refund the postage as well. You ask the seller to do when you raise a dispute as it wasnt as described.

Make sure there is a tracking number on the return as that is needed to show it has been sent in the dispute

I was wondering why I would join a club over a group? I know clubs have agms, chairmans, secretaries etc. Also some kind of constitution, membership fees, application forms. Groups seem to be get in ride together and bugger off.

I keep umming and ahhing about the local bike club but cant seem to get past the fact they want to know my ethnicity on the application form and that they dont have a ” group” for me to fit in. After all if you claim not to leave anyone behind then why stipulate an avg speed to ride at??

For some strange reason it makes me think they have delusions of power and promote a pack mentality.

not really parking in f1.. still great racing today.. two worthy winners showing fantastic skill.

Cant believe that race went so fast.. talk about sitting on the edge of the seat for most of it..

I cheering for 46 all the way 🙂
