we’re all doomed.. I’m investing in those new no video signs outside toilets , changing rooms and toys r us http://ee.co.uk/ee-and-me/out-and-about/4gee-action-cam
cheekymonkey888Free Memberthe flip side is the viewers cant digest the information the teams are getting. Long gone are the days of watching a spot move around a map. In moto gp there are rev counters, gear indicators, lean angles and that new invention rotating cameras. The information is fragmented and the viewer is lost on what strategy / fuel consumption and any thing related to delta.
If they want more than watching cars going around in circles they have to make it meaningful when they back off or let cars through without a fight. As usual its the the last few laps after the final round of pitstops does the story unfold as to who has fallen off the cliff, run out of brakes, needs to conserve fuel. I dont think even the commentators have enough information at hand. If bernie wants a better show he has to get a a super computer in to crunch the numbers and show us whats going on in realtime for the viewers to appreciate what the drivers / teams are doing
cheekymonkey888Free Memberdont try the fruit salad ones.. every bit as sickly as they sound. The apple ones arent too bad but I seem to find them a bit undercooked inside..maybe its just me
cheekymonkey888Free Memberusing a mio 505 eu after moving from a garmin 705. The mio was cheaper and had more tech at the time. It has music control, wifi uploading, phone message display, di2 compatibility, suprise me routes. I found the battery life slightly shorter than the 705 and the maps are in big print. The turn by turn directions like tomtom are pretty good.
It runs and a windows ce platform so not the fastest to startup or shutdown but once going it works really well. It uses the same quarter turn mounts and tend to use the out front mounts rather than the rubber ring type supplied. As mentioned before there is no direct strava import but rather it goes via mioshare web connection. The mioshare is a poor imitation of garmin connect but you can see the basic info and create routes. Failing that routes can be made on biketoaster and copied to the unit. Solid unit with some nice features if not a bit overweight.
cheekymonkey888Free MemberWhy not head back to ferrari? apart from upsetting the status quo they have at the moment. Once the Ferrari is on par with mercedes they may as well go aggressive with the driver lineup. I would relish the races between them and it would give us another piece of the jigsaw regarding who is best out there!
We’ve had
Hamilton v Alonso
Hamilton V JB
JB v Alonso
Vettel v Raikonnen
Alonso v JB
possible matchups
Alonso v Vettel
Vettel v Hamilton
JB v Raikonnencheekymonkey888Free MemberGot my first tank early this year 15ltr biorb flow and 6 white cloud mountain minnows. They are pretty hardy have only lost the runt. I thought 15 was big but soon moved to a 45ltr ( even this seems small once you add plants etc)
I’m still trying to remove my snail infestation courtesy of a shop bought cabomba 🙂
cheekymonkey888Free Memberer no ..that barca teamsheet is frightening .. juve putting in a decent shift
cheekymonkey888Free Memberyep expect the bike to be sold on ebay for £250 advertised as a BSO. Best get first refusal if she sells it!
Atleast you get the warm fuzzy feeling of helping a mate out and it doesnt put you out of pocket. You never know she may surprise you and return the favour in the future.
cheekymonkey888Free Memberit could be worse living next door to the african plain. I’m sure an elephant and a rhino and offspring roam around at night. Usually post feeding.
You’re lucky they dont break out the mah jong table and do an all nighter.!
cheekymonkey888Free Memberone plus just dont upgrade to lollipop on it yet cm12. The touchscreen would lose tracking with more than one finger on it but a quick reboot solves it. not quite 4g on anything but 3 network. It doesnt have expandable memory or removeeable battery. I like it but just wish they solve the bugs to cm12.
cheekymonkey888Free Memberjazz and reggae in no particular order.. I think Mrs Binners is letting you off lightly.. it could be a lot worse.
Think live acoustic Florence and OMI without auto tune.
cheekymonkey888Free Memberding dong the witch is dead..! I hope the fbi / swiss carry on their investigation and get to the bottom of it. Meanwhile Sepp can empty the coffers and do some deals before he buggers off.. If it were anywhere else he would be escorted off the premises and items put in a box faster than you can say ” it wasnt me guvnor”
cheekymonkey888Free Memberon the contrary stay out of the gutter an assume the primary position at all times.
cheekymonkey888Free MemberI thought crazy joe was on top form .. he’s stopped crashing on race day and had marvellous reactions at the start.. light years ahead of everyone else. On top of his injuries he can muscle the gp15 up the grid..
I enjoyed Rossi’s charge up from 8th .. all in all a decent race from 2nd down 🙂cheekymonkey888Free Memberi guess for most its delaying the inevitability .. the problem arises when you decide n+1 which then prolongs the other inevitability ( the kids leaving home for uni etc ). A few friends had kids when they were young and then had a few more later on mid 30’s which ended up with a 10+ year gap between the 1st and last. The 2nd inevitability will be atleast 28 years !)
At this point one considers getting a move on 🙂 before closing that chapter!
cheekymonkey888Free Memberyou wont miss what you havent got .. an besides you’ll have a stack of cash and loads of holidays. although kids bring a whole set of happiness and pain.
I think you’ve missed the issue of who is having the baby and ultimately its the other half that decides ( just as well as I dont fancy the birth process). Good luck whatever you decide and its never the right time to have a kids they just come along 🙂 )
cheekymonkey888Free Memberi thought the same of David Price a while ago.. although AJ has more movement and technically quite good. He did what others before couldnt do which was stop the king pin.
I was very impressed with Lee Selby having never seen him fight he looked very slick.
cheekymonkey888Free Memberit still seems that there is a communication issue. His race engineer gets berated for talking more than others. I’d hate to be in his side of the garage on a bad day.
Its funny how Hamilton is now stepping up to “lead the team” when the same has been said of Alonso and Vettel for years. The relationship between the each team and Hamilton have never really been harmonious with a tinge of conspiracy most of the time. Clearly we only see the bad bits of the race ( wheels falling off etc)
He’s 30 now and still racing like a 17year old ( swapping shritswinger for K Jenner 🙂 And why not if you can!cheekymonkey888Free MemberShermer not even close.
must be in jest ….
How about Kellogs ( fortified cereal based breakfast) ?
cheekymonkey888Free MemberUsing Virtual box with centos and win 8.1 /xp /7 guests on osx.
cheekymonkey888Free Memberyes please.. who could forget punka, Classy, in your car.. much like fine wine.. getting better with age 🙂
cheekymonkey888Free Membertake the toys aways, dont give in, stay consistent, maybe try a reward chart type thing?
cheekymonkey888Free Memberinexperience on the pitwall .. toto wolf looked out of his depth in the post interviews scratching his head and apologising and apologising. A pretty epic way of scoring an own goal. You do wonder what toto does on the racing side when he is the business head? Shouldn’t it be Paddy Lowe explaining the process?
cheekymonkey888Free Memberits just the same when they leave the cars out too long or leave a wheel off. its part and parcel of racing. Not always the best guy wins. Well done to Jenson for scoring the first points for Mclaren honda 2015. Great result seeing they were with manor at the start of the season. They still look like they can only finish the race with one car
cheekymonkey888Free Memberanother post office conversation
ODAPO – ” is the item worth more than £20?”
me- “I dont know to me no but to someone else possibly”
ODAPO – ” you cant send it with standard parcels, well you need special delivery”
me- ” Does it mean its more susceptible to theft? How does anyone know whats inside? Can I just claim £20 if it gets nicked?”
ODAPO – ” err ……..err …….no ”cheekymonkey888Free MemberOld dragon at post office: – “you have to send it by Special delivery if you dont want it get lost.”
me:- ” what about 1st class signed for”
ODAPO- ” i once sent a package and it too 3 weekes to get there”
me:- “do you have any terms and conditions of the services you provide?”
ODAPO – “no I dont work for royal mail”
me-” I’ll take my chances please and have a proof of posting which you dont supply as default should I need to make a claim.”Calmly find myself another post office to send future parcel to..
cheekymonkey888Free MemberI dont understand why they dont have a 3rd driver series with reserve / rookies driving. They leave gp2 and sit in the garages ” learning via fp1″ It doesnt even have to be at every race maybe a handful to provide more of a ” show” of talent. They could get familiar with the procedures and car and have a mini rookie series. Would keep the current drivers on their toes!
cheekymonkey888Free MemberPlease keep the Bodgers Dossier and the commitee .. looking forward to the splash n dash approach once they receive the cash from sterling.
cheekymonkey888Free Membertry pressing f2 repeated ly when powering on or f8 or f12 or del to get into the bios. Not sure which key but it should be one of those
cheekymonkey888Free Membersterling is going to have to do some serious grovelling if he wants to stay. Reds have cancelled the meeting tomorrow after agent claims he would sign for 900k per week.
I’m sure the 10% in fees are worth it. My guess hes already signed up somewhere else and the agent is getting some air time. I pity the club thats done the deal. Sterling aka new balotelli?
cheekymonkey888Free MemberMan utd approaching liverpool for raheem. Is it a real option or just a move to unsettle him? Clearly Liverpool will be a weaker team but maybe some gamesmanship to inflate his ego so he buggers off.
I think it largely depends on the price but I cant see Liverpool accepting an offer from Man u as they occupy the last champions league place.cheekymonkey888Free Memberbut the reality is that the quality of football on show week in week out in the premiership is far far higher than it ever was in the past.
I think that is due to the tv rights money going up so we have more dosh in the league so therefore attract more medocrity from abroad and massage the egos of the British players here. The top 4 will still remain the same albeit in different order every now and then.
It could be worse we could be in spain in which case there are only 2 winners with other madrid team coming in every now and then.
cheekymonkey888Free MemberI guess big club = ability to win titles, european championships, trophies at the top level and get paid a load more irrespective of playing time.
I dont see many players heading to Real madrid or Barcelona and playing for free? Then comes the nouveux rich clubs like PSG, Citeh, Chelsea who will pay for whoever they want.
Its typical that we big up the English players but in reality our best football export was Sir Bobby Robson.
cheekymonkey888Free MemberI think its parcel farce’s way of justifying the large admin fee they stick onto the import duty. Last time I got stung my admin fee was half of the total fee to be paid. A bunch of thieving toe rags.
cheekymonkey888Free MemberWhat makes people think liverpool are a big club? Is it the Number of fans? The participation of champions league? The number of world class players? The historical number of titles won? The size of stadium? The sheer weight of unfounded expectation? In those imortal worlds of the youth today.. YOLO! and I dont mean the Toure brothers.
I’d prefer to watch 11 players give it their all and play with passion than a couple of mediocre divas. I’m sure he’ll blend into the wallpaper whereever he goes.
cheekymonkey888Free MemberI balk at why people buying iphones and iwatches. Similarly I dont understand gucci shoes either.
On the backwards forks I usually mention it might be safer and brake better if they were the other way round. Its more of a duty for the child safety ( then the burden is back on the parents to do something about it).
For a long while into this thread I thought it was going on about bad back.
