Just coming off a 5 day tango with man flu. A cocktail of Paracetelmol, ibuprofen, Bronchostop and Pseudoephrine hydrochloride did the trick. The hyper sensitive painful skin was new symtom this time.

Pulled my shoulder/ neck whilst sleeping propped up..Mustnt grumble.. it couldve been worse.

as per my post in the odd cars I did in both my xantias. The issues was really to do with which mechanical pump was installed in the engine ( bosch v lucas. IIRC Bosch was the one to have ). Common rail engines with electronic wizardry (HDI) didnt like veg oil. I used new oil and mixed it 90% veg / 10% diesel in the summer and more diesel in the winter. The smell was sweet and nothing like chip fat that people say. The car seemed smoother and less tractor like if that could ever be said of a diesel lump.
MIL had a small peugeot that ran with a veg oil mix but all these cars were pre y2k
I toyed with the idea of preheaters for the new car but in reality I may as well make bio fuel if I could source used oil when the price of oil goes back up

It bounced more than tigger on a day out with pooh. Little did I know that meant I had duff balls. After finally finding a local garage and new balls it was awesome. The introduction to leaky oily diesels was complete when I took the plunge and ran it on veg oil. Oh the smell, sweet pure 3l veg oil from sainsburys. The look on my mothers face as I poured veg oil to drive home was priceless.

MK2 was even better with rounded edges and an immobiliser. The boot was huge, the ride was smooth and comfortable. I loved raising the suspension whilst in the car to drive down country lanes. The owners advocate doing suspension yoga every now and then.

I have a soft spot for the suzuki cappucino , maybe its the name, maybe its the cute size. Sadly I dont think I’ll every own one

ive been taking soluble vits for a while and it had sorted out the last 2 winters. Stopped this winter and went to tablets and now have man flu for 2 days. Back on soluble vits to try and head it off at the pass. You can get tubes from Aldi etc for a quid. Weird thing is the soluble vits gives me dry eyes which was why I stopped taking them to see

@mrsfry – it seems oriental actors are stereotyped into chop socky stooges for black american actors. Which is quite demoralising for those that want to get into hollywood.

The MOBOs isn’t perfect as a concept, but I’d challenge the knockers to propose an alternative that can not only tackle the issue of inequality head on, but also do it in a positive, celebratory way.

Why is it that people like to be labelled as a colour. As far as I can see Black doesnt cover any other ethnic groups and discriminates against any other ethnic groups and therefore fundamentally racist.
Stop assuming that only the colour black is discriminated against and deserve equality . The world is a big place full of colour not just black and white.

I was under the impression thule made a few boxes for other sellers. Some of the newer thule boxes have a grab mechanism for attaching to the bars that can be operated from inside the box. This saves threading a u bolt at tightening the bolts inside ( 2 man job unless you have a prop). I found a short wide more useful for side by side packing and also you can get bike wheels packed on top of the luggage.
Gas stut boxes stop the lid falling on your arms when packing. 2 sided opening boxes are handy.

yes give it a go.. as with all things in moderation. How do you currently deal with tv time? As long as you have a varied environment it just fits as another piece of the jigsaw.
