Having had experience of this, the above advice is spot on. Harsh but real.

Do not use the wrong oil.
I am certain that costco do 20litres of 5w30 oil for about £25. It's chevron brand. I have been tempted to use this in my Audi, but have not as from the blurb in costco it makes no mention of VW507 spec that my Audi asks for. For you purposes it should be perfect.

My general rule for oil is that it's ok to use a thinner oil, but not a thicker one. For example my Volvo asks for 10w40. I have happily used 0w40 fully synthetic and 5w30 with no ill effects (in fact if your piston rings are ok, the only side effect should be better MPG).

Jackal, I know it was a joke ;-)
But some folk on here take things a bit literal when it comes to tech advise. I would hate for the thick members of STW to have perished rubber, would do nothing for the gene pool!

    vaseline is NOT rubber safe.
    I love this stuff:

Use it on all my brake pistons on both bikes and car.
Buy this and also spray silicone lube for all your plastic and brake lubrication needs!!

I bought an acer ultra thin laptop from Tesco for £399.
7 hour battery life, 15 inch screen, silent in use (no fan noise!)
    Much better than a netbook.

Hope the lying git squirms. And then a court case in 2011. Sending our boys to die on the back of a lie should carry a hefty penalty.

Is the answer less than the national debt that Gordon has saddled us with?

Let me stick up for Ti29er here (and others). It's a market. If he is busy with work, and that work pays him £2k+ a pop then good luck to him, he is obviously worth it to his clients, and at the end of the day thats what matters.

Bora's are dull, but cheaper than the equivalent golf.
Skoda build quality is at least as good as VW judging by the people I know.

Not sure myself. To me it meant that sometimes sh1t just happens and there is nothing you can do but roll with events. I think the bemused, mundane ending just highlighted the difference in everyday life and the rollercoaster mess up that went before it.

Also think that there was something in there about an honourable man giving up on trying to control an anarchic world he no longer understood the rules of.

This may be completley wrong though.

Nice spot, lots of cycling round there.
Adel is the poshest bit of where you have mentioned. Horsforth is mainly nice, cookridge is slightly more patchy and has some less posh bits.

    All nicer than average though.

Also look at Bramhope as an inbetween (but expensive) place.

Sorry Ti29er, with the exception of the first dance pics, that album does little for me.
    Nice collage and layout though.

We had vegetarian haggis soup for lunch at work!
Rather nice it was too. Bit like scotch broth with a bit of sage and onion added.

Currently impossible to vote labour with a clear conscience.
They precided over an illegal war, though to be fair I think only one or two knew the truth at the time.
Also Gordon has squandered so much money, its embarrasing.
During his time in government he has wasted our gold, presided over a multitude of bad contracts, increase bureacracy and now can't even be straight with the electorate and announce cuts.
The sooner we are rid of him the better.
Personally I would like a hung parliament, but 4 years of Tory rule to prune the "state" would be welcome also.

I had this on my right shoulder in 2008. Still gives me occaisional twinge even now!
At the time it was agony.
Best bit of advice the physio gave me was to watch my posture, you tend to hunch your shoulder to relieve the pain. This compresses the damaged area and makes it worse. You have to keep your shoulder "dropped and back", imagine trying to get your shoulder blade to move down and towards your spine. This helped loads.

I have a new theory. Lets call it CHB bike theory of everything:
    x=n+2-a-b

x= correct number of bikes to own
    n= currently owned
a= the bikes that will be made redundant by the plus 2.
b= how many bikes your significant other thinks you have different to n!

On this theory I need to sell 1 and buy two.
