Brilliant reply. Much better than "Grim determination and stuborness mixed with bovine related implants!", which we all know is the real cause.

Listing looks fine to me. Guess no one wanted to pay more for a far east produced frame thats a bit harsh on the old posterior.

I would never buy from someone on here who mainly buys and sells, to be honest smartsi, this includes you. Get your crap on ebay if all you want to do is sell and leave STW for cyclists, not traders.

Halfords at Killingbeck leeds are pretty good.
However the service manager at the Nationwide car garage that share a building is in for an ear bashing as I discovered last weekend that the lazy barstuard mechanic removed trim from under my V40 with a stanley knife last christmas when fixing the brake pipe.( I know the mechanic did this as I only replace the fuel filter myself that needs this panel removed 3 months previous).

Moral: corporations are corporations, some have many good people working there, others have coqs who butcher your car with a stanley knive.

I assume you refer to labour stuffing the economy in the late 70's which needed a strong decicive government in the 80's to fix?

Muddy, my wifes engagment ring cost £110 when we were still students. I meant it in that tasteless STW way! Well done you for a clean break.

[mind she lost the stone out of the ring 3 months before our tenth wedding anniversary…. always thought that was suspect!].

£350 for an engagement ring, no wonder it didn't work out.

The low self discharge ones are brilliant. It means that I can have dozens of sets in gear around the house that I use infrequently and not worry about it being charged when I need to use. I like eneloops.

Not sure how Brimham rocks, Nostel Priory and the like class as "spoon fed". Are there a great number of places other than this to visit?
For us the NT is a great addition and we get value for money out of it.

Kids need to be comfortable with sharp knives.
My lad is 12 this week. Might be getting this if he is good:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Victorinox-Swiss-Swisschamp-Knife-Black/dp/B0024FA900/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=sports&qid=1275852520&sr=8-5

I had the same one at the same age. Tought me to appreciate good quality materials, and to look after tools and to not push the blade into a tree trunk really hard, as it doesn't lock and you get a really deep cut on your index finger when the blade closes.

The sound on that samsung is rubbish. Bloke at work bought one.
Also the LED backlight (not to be confused with organic LEDs) is not a good implementation, in that it shines light in from the side and reflects it up with prisms. The good LED backlit TV's use individual LED's to light segments of the screen separately.

Another vote for Killingbeck one in Seacroft (Leeds).
Also the one in Wakefield has quite a good selection of Boardman bikes.
