I know that Seacroft Wheelers meet up there, the bike did look like a “proper” bike, and I know that a few on here go out with Tinsle and lights on bike at Xmas time. [Proper bike or not, a cyclist is a cyclist].

M_F: Just back from M&S. Got a fourbird roast. Down from £110 to £35.
The £18 Turkeys were taken off shelf 20 mins before closing (Crossgates branch)…reckon there will be some boxing day bargains on monday (all dated 26th).
We now have a frozen dead aviary at home…Guinea Fowl, Turkey, Chicken, Duck….and enough reduced veg and pigs in blankets to feed us for all next week!

pata negra is amazing stuff, much nicer than any italian ham. First had it at a Spanish wedding in 2004.

Posties in Leeds are pretty good. Fast service and are nearly always on time with our copious Ebay etc deliveries.

Yes, thanks to OP for this. It means that not only do I now have a state of the art satnav, but I also have free time over the xmas break. The money I would have spent in the sales has just gone to halfords!

Does this have a same maps and functionality as a standalone Garmin Satnav as well as the OS 1:50000 maps?
ie can I use it in the car for postcode to postcode navigation?

If it does then its going in the basket!

Remember drooling over the Cannondales. Bought my first bike (Marin) from the shop around the corner.

50 is fx but has no built in motor unless you get the afs version.

I have the 50mm and its great. As a general walk around lens or for indoor family work i wouldrather have the wider 30mm. I use the 50mm for outside portraits and shooting stage performances, for this the 50mm is ace.
    Really want a 70-200 f2.8

You are paying for it, therefore you choose!
The romance is in having something chosen by a loved one. I would rather have a ring chosen by my partner as it is like carrying a little bit of their personality with you.

Is slope any form of conveyor belt? This would naturally change the calculations.

Logic (please rip appart as its 20 years since I had to work owt like this out!)
Block B pushes in the direction opposite F by 25 kilos.
Block A has a force of 9.3 kilos in the direction of F.
Reason for this is that 90 degrees would be 100% of mass so 20 degrees is 2/9ths of mass (is this right).

    F = difference of 25kg less the 9.3kg from block A slope.

    Probably wrong.

I think Clarkson was extreme in what he said.
Shooting every 10th striker would be enough.
Maybe some of the strikers are nurses and could treat the wounds afterwards (unpaid of course)?

Thats why I prefer the car. Our train fairs are fecked. Should have much greater subsidy from general taxation and be cheaper to use.

Bloke at work has a 2004 santa fe, nice reliable car, but the inside is not a patch on a volvo. The mechanicals seem solid on them though.
I have a 2004 XC90 and they are brilliant. The 163bhp xc90s are quite cheap and provided you check that the 4WD is working then they are solid cars.

Current longest is a 13 year old Volvo estate with 170,000 miles on it.
    Still runs strong.

I need a newish car for work, but even thats an 8 year old car!

Just bought one of these today….wow!
For a spotting torch its amazing. Twice as bright as my Fenix L2D and the quality of the zoom lens is very high.
I was able to light up the church spire 200m from my house.
Not sure I would use one on a bike, but my son is very excited about haveing this as a general torch.

For dog walking and bike mounting the Fenix L2D remains champ ( not as bright but the metal strobe is great on the bike and the beam pattern and power is good for general dog walking).
For getting a mega bright spot 150m away then I have never seen anything as good as this!
