Does he wake up from it straight away? I used to get sleep terrors where you open your eyes but dont actually respond to being shaken etc…
Can still remember the dreams now (pretty vividly too!) but was given some Bach remedies and havent had a nightmare since, probably 18 years nightmare free!

Ahhh…. could have an issue here!
    adapter…

That the correct adapter… but says it wont work on new zocchi's.
    You'd also need a 180 disc.

Ahhh… just realised you have an IS caliper and post mount fork!
    Just looking for a solution!

Front rear means front brake/back brake as the tabs are different so give you a different offset. 160 rear is a 180 front for example.
Its potst mount so neither of those will work.
For a 160 front rotor it should bolt straight on.
    For 180 you'd need this…

    Front post 180…

I can do it with a track pump no sweat so the C02 shouldnt be hard.
Its not the fairy that makes it seat its the bubbles that you want, get loads of suds and make it look like santas beard…. will seat with no problems then!

What are you on about? All you need is a valve and a rim tape (£7 and £12 respectively!) Why would you arse about with cutting up 20" tubes?

Ahhh when we get some more in I will be selling you one!
I'll explain why I didnt try and sell you one another time.

As for the catheter/condom/beers/testing potential female sucking ability……. we've come up with most of them in the shop already.

Hydration goal is just a guideline to let you know where you are against 0.7L/hour (for my body weight) I tend to know when im dehydrated but its quite useful for the really long rides.

I do… I got one when it arrived in the shop on Friday.
Actually its a bloody clever bit of kit. Yes its unnecessary, but means you know whats left in some of the larger ones where you dont have easy access to the bladder.
Gives you a time to empty, very useful for races with drink stops. Dont have to get off and unpack bag to work out if you need to refill.
Also independantly resetable so you can monitor whole day usage, time since last fill up etc…

I assumed it would be a little bit pants and was very dubious about the whole thing. But actually its kinda interesting to use.
Even works out your hydration goals for you (if you dont already do about 1l/hour!)

I've booked up a stag do over there for the last bank holiday in may. 9 of us heading to San An for £190 inc. flights each. I've been before and none of the others have so decided to take them to the errr… 'real' ibiza (ie. what they've seen on tv)
Should be able to get Pacha opening and Space opening in then some more relaxed days.
Any thoughts on a good way to 'make some connections?'

Get a nice white sky/sheet of paper and take a photo of that.
Should show up exactly where the dirt is.
You have a mirror up mode in your slr as well which will lock the mirror out the way so you can clean the sensor.
Should be able to find some cleaning kits/blowers about somewhere then.
Possibly on the lense if not tho… earbud and some alcohol cleaner?

You could always hunt out the legitimate developers copy or whatever it is. Works out free then!

I've found this on a few maxles in the past, usually due to being loose tho. Use the QR in the slot as a spanner/leverage device.
With this done up tight you should have no play.
Once happy do up the qr lever so when you close it there is an impression left in the palm of your hand.
All this is doing is wedging the axle into the fork legs and holding it there. Has nothing to do with the axle width.
The first bit is the area causing you a problem by the looks of it tho.
The idea of seating it by having the bike the right way up when you tighten it doesnt seem bad… nothing i've ever had an issue with tho!

V2's are heavier and have a larger piston.
Orange only spec on 203 mm rotors front and rear. Lots and lots of stopping power. Had them on my 5.
Can also run the fat V2 Vented rotors if necessary i believe?

Send it back and get a new one…. I had a brand new demo bike, took it on one ride and withing 3 hours it had lost the lower 4 gears.
Pile of pooo, put slx shifters and an xt mech on there!

I have to agree with Nickc….. Shimano designed it to work with 3 spacers across the BB for 68mm shells and 1 spacer for 73.
If you run to few spacers the insert wont fit, if you leave that out you'll get water ingress issues. You'll also have 2.5mm of axle sticking out the end which will mean you have 'floating' cranks. That really will give you a strange adjustable chainline!! Messy!!

Pedals undo when pedaling forwards and do up when pedaling backwards. Surely thats the easy way to remember it.

This is the best winter we've had in years.

It's OK if you are not infirm with no-one to help you shop, its ok if you have enough money to heat your house, its ok if you haven't got to go out & lamb 300 sheep, its ok if you live on or close to a main raod that's gritted, it's OK if you just want to play… etc etc

Is that not a little soft? Winter is cold, summer is hot?
How do people survive in snow all around the world?
We've just become soft to the warm winters we've been having for 20years plus!
I've never been to a ski resort and told sorry I cant take you anywhere its too cold/too snowy by a cab. They are just prepared!
No your X5 on 245 tyres wont work in the snow! Buy chains, or winter bloody tyres!
Yes we're having extreme weather, but i'd rather have winters like this than those with constant rain and greyness!
We used to have 4 seasons! Now we have rain and grey until a few sunny days in summer!!

    (Rant over!)

12 3/8" is about the smallest I have to hand, thats sure to be smaller than a 26" (or even 29")?
Might be a stretch when you actually get a puncture tho!

Wasnt to make me feel better, will quite happily ride in anything. Solo ride with 4 falls didnt seem to make sense. I gather a few people have said after wills neck it was fine. But it resembled an Ice skating rink not MTB terrain! Snaps, thats just what it was like along from Lyd to Wills.

Mmmm some snow chains might have done the job! Accelerating was almost impossible, so climbing got a little silly.
I watched some people continue on… Im pretty sure there will be a few broken limbs up there!

Normal shoes and cut up a seal skin in very large size to fit over the top! Just cut the cleat hole out the bottom and away you go.

Sram do make a double tap rapid fire unit for flat bar road bikes. That would give you the right actuation I guess.

Oh and you can do things like get campag to work with Shimano, So I recon its not impossible to make sram and shimano work together!

Big flat object should should do it, hope do a big flat spanner thing for it. do it with the pads out. but dont damage the pistons.
