I have a High Roller 2 on the rear atm and I want to cry.

Payday Friday, Hans Dampf non-evo compound fitted by Monday morning I hope.

I’m never “trying something new” ever again.

    Change, huh!

Emmm… Could we tell the don that the person he sold his bike to may have had it nicked? With a view to contacting them?

Where is the line in the crimestoppers sand?

    Obviously. I am off today.

Well for God’s sake if that’s what you are in the market for bloody buy it.

There will be plenty parts around for years in my sort of uneducated opinion. And in five years, if you’ve looked after it, ill buy it off you.

I would buy a road bike this afternoon if that’s what I had to go on.

As it happens, I need a session 9.9 to commute through the volcanic landscape that’s left.

Edit: A road appreciation comments? I’m outta here!

By Neil, I presume he means Donoghue. Which might also be pretty easy to clarify.

Edit: could be lazy selling but the pics and description are c&p from Neil’s original sale.

I do not believe that is a real road.

But I live in Edinburgh, comparable to 3rd world surfaces.

It’s beautiful to feel like that though, when every thing is whispering ” spring is here” and that’s a lovely, lovely photo of the woods.

    +1 * 100 to onehundredthidiot

For me, it’s working away from home for 90 days and in the van, mentioned I was “dying for a ride”

*Cue lad laughter* “Me too mate” they said.

“I’ve got brand new forks & frame ready to go” I said.

    Aherm!

I’m off tomorrow and am desperately trying to convince myself NOT to research that person and go accidentally squish a field mouse mid-drift in the rain instead.

    Lordy.

Was fun at Fort Bill last week. Is that a big pile of snow?

    Nope, rock.

I imagine the 10 under route is now 10 under water.

Virgin ruined my internet for 6 months so I can’t even be nostalgic about that pricks cola let alone his bandwidth propositions.

If you want spectacular superfast ultra d/l, move to a flat above the Virgin exchange like me and my flatmate did circa 2010.

Then life completely changed and I live in the suburbs with Orange BB and I hate the internet.

    *sigh*

Edit: Have been losing my shit trying to watch fun HD stuff on Vimeo so sacking Orange(for the third time in 5 years) and going BACK to BT. Again. Might try PlusNet. Much a’ Much a’ Same.

Towards or away from Colinton? If it was away from, I’d just had a burst of 45kph, fork dive, near otb adrenaline down the puke hill woods.

If it was towards, I’d have been bunny hopping the under pavement roots.

Was a good day. New Inbred too.

Bereavement is very individual and the feelings of loss and confusion are often compounded by the necessity to grieve in an “obvious” way.

What is certain is that the immediate rush of all emotion often leads to a state of shock where we have difficulty putting into words exactly how we do, or do not , feel.

“Going through the motions” is a phrase used alot. Look at Cruse[/url] for some other helpful resources. They are also wonderful to talk to. Both my Mum and I have worked with them in the past and it’s good to hear that there is no “right” way to be.

I killed so many rims in my first 2 years riding street I’ve only now become smooth enough to even consider splashing serious cash on something like handbuilt Mavic 521.

A proper burly, cartridge bearing headset is a must and I always found a press-fit BB more withstanding to my ogre-like style.

Edit: Solo Air Rebas here at 120mm or some Rigid Kona P2’s, depending on the day.

After taking care of Mrs.C all day, i’m waiting to see if it was the chicken nuggets she had….

    Or if i’m next.

What’s the incubation period? I have my electrolyte drink, cream crackers, baby wipes and dia-fix dysentary tablets all ready to go.

    Prepared, I am.

Once I had no job and got very sad. Too many chocolate biscuits saw me losing a stone.

    Odd week that was.
