On it already. Essential on-the-throne looking.

In it for the pictures really, should collect them like my old man but I just lose them to the void.

Eventually the bump becomes a berm, removing the need for breaking and returning fluidity to your ride.

Now I get to spend the rest of the day NOT buying brakes.

    Edit: Buying brakes.

Always wanted one ’cause I think they look incredible. Just to look at.

They just scream “HARD” at me. I’ll have one with coil everything and get to the Alps.

On payday, obviously. The Unchained is pretty bang for your buck.

Chocolate Hobnobs instigated dysentery for me once.

Do they still come in a posh tub, separated from the riff-raff?

    GRANOLA!!!! FLASHEART GRANOLA!

    I think I want one.

Then i’ll give it to Chris Akrigg to see what he can do with it.

Well 6music and World Service got saved, while BBC3 got axed.

BBC4 and the radio is what I use but as long as the innovations, like playlister, keep coming i’m happy.

Edit My £100+ quid was worth it to listen to John Cooper Clarke, watch Sherlock and download podcasts where I can learn how debate, not argue by ,listening to people much cleverer than myself.

A theory inversely applied to STW 🙂

Plenty of both in the Edinburgh Evans, surely.

I wonder if it was in to have the “BB enclosed 3-speed-gear shifter” looked at.

    Now, down to business,

    What on earth?

Real cool appearance (The only folding bike in the industry that doesn’t make you look like a “granola type”)

From the website. What does it make you look like then?

Pair of compasses was much more accurate.

Looks nothing like a protractor. 😳

When you have more than the missus.

    She has 2, I have 2.

This is now a problem because I’m building my third.

    Sigh.

I reckon it’s because of “settlers” and ” the grass is always greener” mentality.

But I know nothing because I’m happy.

    That’s stupid.

But I have my headphones plugged in 90% of the time riding, which is also stupid.

All sorts of stupid in this world.

Like my Grandad, an old NALGO chief, leaders like this are sorely missed in this generation.

Just replacing crank arms on the SS so I’ll stick the bb on the shop/pub bike which needs one and keep the rings for shruikens.

    Any better ideas?

I’ll buy those magnesium Deity pedals with the savings. *justified*

    Thankyou.

I’ve waited 20 minutes to get served before. Had my meal deal in the queue and the cashier put the rubbish in the bin.

    Odd experience.

    just leave earlier Cfinnimore.

I leave with plenty of time to spare, but it’s so I can go up the Pentlands before I start.

And it’s the canal into town after that so it’s lovely.

Despite what Edinburgh CC publish, the “cycle paths” here are shitty dog walkers corridors, pedestrian scenery bimbles and commuting hell.

The roads and the trails are the only appropriate place for the way I cycle. I’m not in the business of killing pets and surprising pensioners. I’d rather take my chances with the potholes and taxis. Cycle paths are suitable for my weekend leisure pootle with the missus, but not for I NEED TO BE AT WORK NOW flying along.

Bearing in mind the average salary on here:

I have been most miserable at work earning £10 an hour, 12 hours a day to put up fences or being a drayman. Only body work

I have been happiest at work earning £8 an hour on a 40 hour week doing an excellent stock control job- mind and body work.

Now I get minimum wage in a body only job while working on getting another brain and body job.

I get the feeling from these threads that it’s very much “look at me, look at me”.

Poor you. It could be worse.

I got the missus into bikes.

I have a bike room, she has a bike room, never the twain shall meet.
