What was you’re starting point to see how the suspension felt ? Have you tried a ride with say 30% sag and all suspension dials at 50% ? On forks and shock.

I’ve abandoned the idea of trying to get faster and concentrate on being smoother, carrying speed, technique etc. I’ve ended up a bit quicker that way and it’s been safer as I’m normally in control and within myself.

I though this thread was going to be about the conservatives selling our airspace to the Chinese.

My main objective when I start getting a cold is to try and prevent it going lower than my throat. At the 1st hint of a sore throat I gargle TCP several times a day. Not really possible to tell how effective this is, but I think it makes a difference. It does have the added benefit of annoying everyone else in the house, as they hate the smell 🙂

I love Christmas myself but prefer to work along the lines that the 1st day of it is actually Christmas day and not just before bonfire night.
