This year they are doing an Enduro race at the Natural Games in my home town, Millau. Easy to fly to Rodez.

Fly to Carcassonne and ride around the Caroux. It is home to the Shimano Epic Enduro race. You Will struggle to find better singletracks.

With Aliexpress, check thé seller feedback. I have a carbon road frame and wheels, which are 6 years old, more than 15000 kilomètres and they are perfectly fine. I had to change bearings twice on the Novatec hubs. And i am no lightweight..

It doesnt work like that. Melenchon will be higher and Macron wont go for 3.

At what stage are you going to get down the streets and protest ?

On the road, apart from Paris Roubaix, a bit pointless, but for gravel and mtb could be a good idea.

I couldnt care less but for people over 60 who voted socialiste hé is not the right candidate.

Melenchon appeals to the People on the left, green etc… But he is loaded, lives in a massive flat in the richest Paris subburb. It is not compatible with traditional socialiste values.

Macron has managed to destroy both traditional left and right. It was obvious both extrêmes would be high.

After the président we vote for mps and Lepen Will never get a majority to form a gouvernement. That would be a real mess, more than it is now.

It is always like that in presidential élection. Polls show them very close. I must not forget to vote on sunday.

You coming to Nant on sunday ocrider ? There is a nice endurando.

    Around millau. There is
Via ferrata le boffi, shut till 15 th of june because of birds nesting
    Via ferrata lioucous
Via ferrata le tapoul a bit further near Mt Aigoual.
But if you like climbing, les Gorges de la jonte et du Tarn have lots of sites. I know nothing about it but can see signs from the road.

I live in Millau, just south of Auvergne and near the Cevene mentioned above. Lots to do in the summer, from river, lakes to via ferrata and parasailling. Biking is great too, road and mtb, even gravel. The gravel world cup is coming in june and we had EWS a few years ago.

I havent skied at Mt Aigoual in years. It is good for xcountry skiing but not enough for alpine.
Better to drive to the Pyrénées.

The différence between good and bad pasta is the number of eggs per kilogramme of flour. The more the better, 10 is the max in fresh pasta.

We did exactly that. Got an architect and then had to drill pilot holes to see if footings were adequate OK. Guy from the council came round and gave planning permission.

I have a paddleboard and use it in lakes, the med and my local river the Tarn , southern france . Always in the summer and we come off the water just before the weir at the bottom of my garden . All the weirs have a canoe ramp .
    Looking at the pictures of the accident , there is no way I would have gone in the water with a river like that ;

That joke doesnt offend me either. Ww2 was a long time ago and even though it should not be forgotten, times have changed. Maybe brits are too focussed on the past. Which Does explain Brexit and tory majority.

I ride with people on ebike and their reasons are vey different .
Some of them have no time to train , back from injury , some of them dont enjoy going up .

In my view , access and damage to trails are going to be issues in the future with ebikes .

My Rallon fell from a chairlift and a crack apperaed in the stay. Old style alu Rallon. The ski resort were happy to pay as operator didnt check. Took a few weeks to get it sorted, but Shop were happy to include all bearings on the invoice. Because it is an older model, thé colour didnt match.
