Why the hell are they “seeking” contact with the van driver that was behind the golf! What selfish twunt drives away from a situation like that!

Scuttler – I know what you mean! Europcar did this to me in Nice – 120EURO!! Had to use cc to get the money back tho it took weeks rather than days. Their own T&Cs on their website state reasonable cleaning is OK.

Haven’t booked yet so will try and avoid them but they are generally cheaper than the rest…

Flying into terminal 1, which appears to be undergoing changes. Europcar claim they are at the terminal whereas everyone else isn’t. Not sure I believe this…

The others seem well scattered on the map rather than in a central place – odd!

This small place north of Keswick. Had never heard of it before seeking out other things to do during a wet half-term break!

Has a selection of birds of prey that you can get quite close to and two talks / displays per day. The Falconer (ist?) was very enthusiastic and even runs events where Joe Public gets to fly / handle the birds.

There were Eagles, Buzzards, Owls etc. Nice little place but obviously if you were seeking out wild spotting its not the place for you.

Bonus is that they have lemurs, meerkats etc etc…and the Lakeland Distillery is close by!

I was missing the frenectic carnage of some of the maps of previous CODs where players tended to congregate…WAR format answers those questions!

One good bit about the barracks is that you can practice using scorestreaks. This is great from my perspective as the chance of ever getting the higher ranking (therefore most fun) ones is non-existent!

Uhmmm, can’t say I’m over whelmed so far! MP seems to be an issue for me in that I can’t get into the lobby after each game – it just stays with the scoreboard screen before starting again – anyone else have this? Or am I pressing the wrong buttons (seemingly all of them!)?

Brands such as Merida or Orbea never appealed but both have brought out much better bikes recently. Non-rational as allowed in the OP!! The appeal of brands often has an aesthectic appeal to me and designs / designers change over time so diffcult to rule brands out entirely for me.

Whyte would be a good example – older designs of theirs were fugley IMO but the last 2-3 years they’ve got some great looking bikes on the market.

Some early reviews of MP would be appreciated! I feel asleep as well…tho was planning to head to (supermarket of choice) at midnight. Might suggest I’m too old to be playing this stuff!

what happens if yo usell your PS4 – can you include digital copies or would you have to provide the new owner with all of your PSN login details?

pro seems to be available still on PS store. Anyone know if digital (always bought hard copy stuff) games are stored remotely in case my ps4 goes bang at some time? I.e. I know they will be on my hard drive but could i recover them (minus any progress made) from a cloud somewhere?

Do you have to buy both digitally for that to be allowed?

I was sat opposite a drunk bloke on a train when he got up and left, leaving his mobile behind. Tried to get to the doors but they closed. I rang the ‘home’ number to be greeted by a rude, aggresive woman who claimed her husband was nowhere near there, yet alone on a late night train.

I don’t think he had a very good day the day after…

He did call me to thank me for posting the phone back though!

Having watched that youtube clip at the top – can anyone tell me what the hell the conductor if for – no bugger seems to be looking at him?

Cheers – will certainly look for the railway track. Might try a night ride at Whinlatter to scout it out.

Use wood fibre batt insulation – it will take in any excess moisture and release it again when the environment allows. No irritation involved with laying it and better thermal conductivity. We don’t use enough natural fibre over here.

Just googled the 48 questions. If true, those questions are pretty damning. Anybody know the timelines of when that questioning took place? EDIT – 3 months after the event.

If that DNA evidence exists why aren’t they being charged? Unless dogs ‘marking’ where blood is doesn’t necessarily mean that DNA was extractable?

Blood found in the apartment and then again in their hire car a month later? Surely if they were suspected they wouldn’t have been left alone to go and recover a body in a hire car without being spotted?

What’s £11M – perhaps a couple of cruise missiles? I assume that the police have something to go at to keep on requesting this cash. Its small beer compared to the shite this government seems happy to fund – DUP votes anyone?

Those people saying he lost nothing – is this factual? Surely he’s had personal data stolen and ‘attempted’ fraud must be a crime of some description worth investigating?

Did both of mine at Slick Rock (get me!) many years ago. Tried riding two days later (I fell off…). Took a few weeks before I tried that again. Due to expense I didn’t have x-rays until I got home and for some reason they only did one elbow (both were black and blue).

One therefore got put in a sling, the other not. A couple of weeks later when they finally x-rayed the other, the movement recovered in the non-sling arm was much greater.

The Sugar Lounge is good during the afternoon – the daylight allows you to see the filth and decay whilst you’re being over charged…

Somebody else’s back ordered £38 MULE?

    cb

38 quid MULE ordered, money refunded without message or explanation. Told mate about them and he ordered two days later and his has been ‘dispatched’!!

Still listed as in stock so I’ve tried again! No telephone number to call them on and their message system doesn’t even acknowledge submission – it just sits there looking at you…

    Waste of space…

Will try new (and better) batteries. No doubt the ones I use from Amazon aren’t the best although they are Panasonic branded.

Seems more to it than keys though as when I did change the battery the first time, all was well for a short period of time.

Going back to Ford scares me as they really are crap near here. I guess I might end up there anyway. I am going to an indy electrics place rather than just a mech shop.

Alti not a bad call actually as you can park, its cheaper than city hotels and trams run back quite late.

I don’t do a lot of travelling but got bumped up from cattle to Business many years ago. Late to the airport (Australian hosts were quite relaxed about check in times), dressed like tramps and were warned we not not even get seats together for the Brisbane – Singapore flights. Got to the departure gate (as they check pp before boarding and were told to step aside).

Tried to argue that we’d been promised seats together and was literally told to ‘shut up, you’re in business’!!

The plane touched down briefly in Sydney en route and we were the only two not to get off for a walk around – we were convinced they would hoik us out if we moved!

hammyuk – seeing as the Tiguan is a brand new car your mate must be a sodding Jedi Tech…

Just been through the very same thing – even to the Yeti bit. We went Tiguan as it was head and shoulders better than anything else (similar) for the price.

The Mazda seemed too pricy on lease so we didn’t look at that. The SEAT was also a little more on the lease. Hyundai variant was OK and similar in money but we got a 2WD Tiguan, 150SE Nav.

Look at Whar Car Lease deals

Cougar making perfect sense to me, although committing the fundamental mistake of reading each post before replying…the shame.

Still, 3 perhaps 4 hard of understandings on a thread like this is a pretty good show I think.
