To add some balance, I’ve bought Howies in Large for 15 years, tshirts, jackets, shirts and they all fit perfect.

I’ve a 3 storey Victorian terrace, quoted £2,300 last year to line 2 x back to back chimneys, back fill etc. It is bloody high, so no way I would attempt it! Currently not using as not convinced of their safety since moving in.

Rarely use the MTB these days, CX bike is just versatile. I’m up Hexham, Saturday I did a nice 27mile on back roads to Whitley Chapel, Slaley forest fire roads and then great singletrack across Blanchland Moor. The road bit would have been rubbish on the MTB, so the CX avoided using the car.

Loved that fella, used to do similar with my mates in York. Great times going to Redcar, Warrington, Barrow, etc… I was always useless, but I could pretend to be Natas!

Good choice, can’t fault the Salomon XA Pro, on my 3rd pair , always pick up when reasonably cheap, never paid over £60. Wear for just about everything.

Thread hijack,I’ve just used stove top for years. Want to treat myself, simply bean to cup. I’ve seen Delonghi get recommended on here, but nothing regards this? http://www.redber.co.uk/collections/home-bean-to-cup-coffee-machines/products/melitta-caffeo-barista-ts-silver

Installed on launch onto Dell desktop from 7, all good, apart from when I switch on it stalls on boot up. Hold power button to switch it off, and then power on, it is always fine on 2nd go? Any ideas?

I’ve ridden pretty much all my life, juts bought a ZX9r last month after not riding for 7 years.
Clean license and I struggled to get insured, eventually did £400 with Carole Nash. I insure 2 cars for that, which are worth 30 times as much!

Derwentside Dash is a great and tough ride in July, this is the link to last year and the facebook page. It used to be in April with snow, even July was bloody freezing! Cheap by Sportive standards.

They will be both a success, neither one is wrong. You will be using it for at least the next 5 years and both systems will have brilliant exclusives and also exactly the same games(FIFA etc…) Xbox hands down for playing with mates, as per the previous gen 360.

I’m supposed to be doing my first ever bivi tonight(only if Alpkit delivery turns up) with my daughter, in the Northumberland dunes. Might be dry, but possible single figure temperature.

Jamie, initially just for getting weight off, and then no real reason. I guess I’d just broke the habit of drinking beer or anything fizzy/sweet. Feel good for it, although my family think I’m strange.
