My 2 year fixed with HSBC at 1.89 ends 1st December. Usually do this online, but actually going into the local HSBC on Friday as they called at the right moment. Probably go 2 year fixed, which will be cheaper than what I am on now.

Granted not £600 like OP request. ZX9r on an R reg £1400, I’ve since done 5000 miles last 2 years. Compared to the price of a push bike great value!

I think Tom Tom pulling out of the market, so future support may dwindle.

Stupidly think of riding down through France to Valencia for the final MotoGP in November on my 19 year old ZX9R. Get Eurotunnel, couple of stops overnight on the way down, and camp at the circuit. Obviously could be Baltic or nice, any tips other than don’t be daft :)?

Test ride of the GSXR-R on Saturday at Hartside, never even ridden a bike with ABS, never mind electronics. I’m sure getting back on my trusty ZX9R to ride home will feel old hat!

Yep, Motorcycle News most weeks and Bike Magazine every month, pass onto my neighbour, so gets reused. Sometimes Ride or Practical Sportsbike, depends what’s in. Still read paperbacks as well, love to read in bed every night. Say NO to screens!!

Don’t know the exact road, but know round Whitley Chapel, Rowley Burn where it passes. I usually just follow my nose round that area, loads of good stuff on the CX, cut into Slaley Woods, use some of the Bolts Law route etc…
Looks a good ride, will be a nice climb from Sparty Lea!

All my work shirts are from them, I have monkey arms, so the slim fit 37″ arm length are perfect. Any shirt from the usual high street are too short in the arm.

Off on a short break 26th Jan, staying in Avoriaz for the first time, usually been in Morzine. Worth booking snowboard rental upfront or wait till I get there? Usually take my very old own board, fancied trying something new and higher end. Noticed there is a new Burton shop, do they rent?
    Help appreciated.
