i never see what all the fuss is about, ive got two of my bikes set up tubeless and all inflations and tire changes have been done without fuss or failure and excessive sweating with a bog standard track pump…
what are you doing different to me to warrant using a compressor..?

feel good that you've taken someone dangerous off the road..
i have the urge to do that to some of my patients who say they drive to my clinic….its so scary to think of them in a car..

    are you sure its gout?
its one of the most painful things according to my patients, which joint do you have it?
its a crystal arthropathy caused by a few things relating to urea crystals building up in the joints, can be meds/diet etc etc
Gp m,ay help further symptoms by prescribing alipurinol (sp?) but pain is generally acute and it should die down within a day or two.
control of diet is important if it is gout…
    good luck..!!

ive experienced a lot of problems with the wireless thingy, my nehew would suddenly get kicked out of live for no reason (turns out load spf people have problems with the wireless adaptor), in the end hardwired it in with cable bought off the evilbay and no problems since.

change the bearing its cheap and simple solution to new bb bearings.
if you contact betd and buy 5 sets of bearings they give you the tool for free, i did and sold the extra bearings on to mates (apart from sponging machine who never paid me..are you listening rich!?)
the bearing swap take sliterally seconds and from then on you will only need to source replacement bearings from your local manufacturer.

had it for 4 years, consistantly crap and cust service in line with this.
both father and sister get troubles consistantly, ive now swapped to sky and its all peachy now, funnily i was paying for the fastest virgin service and my free (allegedly slow) sky service is faster..?

the lure of cheapness got to me in the end…green slotdrop inbred is on its way…. 😆

i only really do the odd enduro so a HT race bike would be silly over my comfy epic, i too think the inbred would be the sensible option due to cost so may just stop pi$$ing about an get one ordered!!
agree on the maintenance on the epic mine has been a real pain, since buying ive had the rear wheel re laced due to many many spokes snapping off at the nipples, ive been through 4 rear shocks, and replaced every bearing on the frame oh and the forks blew too…when it goes ok though its real nice to ride so its a keeper!!

i just want a dedicated ss i use my epic for races and thats fine.
like the green colour buit would like light bike!!

i wouldnt think of using an 18" its too big for you.

no pics online but ride a 16" 456 and im 5'9, an 18" would be too big for you i reckon.

did you contact onone re scandal availability next week..?

literally nothing according to sm. he only ever rides quantocks or exmoor, if you are down that way he'll hook u;p with you for a ride no doubt

mail sponging machine off of here, he'll tell you its a pile of shite and that there is no real off road riding anywhere near his house (barnstaple)
if you don't want to spend your time riding around the edges of fields then stick to the quantocks or exmoor if you are staying there.

    ahhrrghhhh i just don't know!!!!!
i prefer the look of the green inbred (i already have a 456) but would like the benefits that a lightweight bike bring….

well cheap is kind've what i need (unless i save for ages), epo, not very constructive but if you could offer me some alternatives to them then i'm all ears!!
mate has a sanderson soloist, still comes in around the inbred weight (although looks v nice) so still looking for a decent cheapish frame..?

stripe, ive gone through 3 bonty mud x's in the last 8 months (inc one last night on ice/frozne mud) a lot of the time tyre quality doesnt come in to it really IME my HR/advantages/mudx/spesh captains&fast tracks have all holed at some point, i guess im just shite at picking lines!!

wentout last night and it was ace despite me ripping the sidewall outof my tyre on ice/frozen mud, this mornings drive to work however was not fun at all, took an hour to do 20 miles then halfway in the road had been closed so day off for me today (i should be pleased but the mrs has just gone out and left me with the kids)
