my attack is somewhere around 3-4yrs old and i was upset the zip broke!

I have different brake levers, mismatched hubs, green bars, red grips, orange bike, gold jockey wheels (oh and up to recently a cheapo pink rear sram cassette)
rat bike looks rule, colour co-ordinated bikes look a bit wrong or you are trying too hard IMO

not looked at the uno’s although i love the eno cranks on charlie’s website, do they come with chainrings?

EDIT: looked at the eno’s, chainring seperate and then you need to buy a chainring tool to fit it..so a little more on top of the price..

36t up front is pretty tall no? will look at the xx1 cranks but reckon they probably too expensive…

aren’t the zee’s a little on the dh side?

they burn fine, i do them occasionally, i get about an hour burn out of them with minimal ash, only use newspapers though.

@proflex, I’ll order a set and have a looksie at fitting it nextweek but looking at them it’ll sort it out, i’ll have to play with spacing the chainguide also but shouldn’t be too much bother, knowing my luck i’ll need new/longer chainring bolts now too!

sorry for the delay, away doing kids duties.
I can’t put spacer on NDS as granny tabs will foul the chain device…
will look at other spacers though cheers.

edit: looked at the spacers and reckon they may help a lot, will see what i can do, many thanks!

out of interest what days do you have free? I have most mon/tues and sundays free for riding although the moors routes have not been too good for riding lately but i could show you a few loops around dartmoor/lustleigh.

cheers Mike, looking aorund there seems to be a massive shift in spec etc if you go around £700 so may look around that price and stretch myself a bit…will also look around the local roadie clubs for some 2nd hand goodness.

i’m so effing happy!! living with it is pretty awful, being free from it even for this short time is soooooo good though!

had it for the last 15yrs and no amount of investigations/meds/diet control or cutting anything out has ever worked…in the last 2 months i have been placed on amitriptyline, its been for me a miracle cure, as pretty much within a week and for the 1st time since i was a kid ive had no cramps no diarrhoea at all, I feel ace!

had a nice xc ride this morning,not the usual kind of ride I’d do but nice all the same, plympton-yelverton-meavy-princetown-aylesbarrow-meavy then home, 35ish miles nice weather for half of it howling freezing cold wind against for the other half….
relaxing with a cuppa now before family get home from the panto,its quiet bliss.

mm i checked rose earlier and compared the prices of whaty i wanted and they were more expensive…will check again!

not over any other ime, I currently have a hope ceramic one but i dont notice any difference over the shitmano on my other bike or previous pooperstar ones…in fact given the choice again i’d go pooperstar and swap the bearings to decent ones once they wore out, as they dont have the shimano lip inside they are easy to press out and replace when needed (like hopes but less money)..

it has to be the £30 shitmanos!!!

@pp move your lever further away from grips (towards stem) for single finger braking as the lever doesn’t foul your knuckles then.
bite point set mid way end point very close to bars…

my kids are on rage scooters, around 80squid i think. very solid i use it all the time in the road and its ace fun.
non folding scooters are much betterer
