@cubemeup if you download the tuning guide and follow it whilst setting it up it explains How everything works and what to change depending on how you want the bike to feel, it’s fairly easy to get to feel just right, however the temptation to keep changing to see if you can tweak it even more is very hard to resist… Record your settings and just put them back if it doesn’t feel good, it really is simple.

As per CTM, the ‘lounge’ has lots of ‘base tunes’ for different frames, you can also download a tuning guide from there which I found really helpful, the shock is nothing short of amazing!

+1 for trailer, our halfords one was good for both our boys and now is still going strong for our friends kids, takes less than 30secs to unhook, pull a pin out and its done..
kiddy seats not good/safe when slippy.

I love my roller! Since using it after every ride ( & sometimes in between) my itb pain and assoc knee pain has disappeared. First few times I would almost cry in pain but now it simply hurts 🙂
I also have the 66 fit one.

It was running really well today, I’ve always pushed up as I rarely get all day to ride, but it was lovely feeling fresh after 7+ runs. Will definitely try to use it more often.
New driver was a nice chap.

I’ve a silca track pump i use at home, its not massively adept at reaching roadie pressures without a bit of a struggle, but suffices.
I’m looking for a mini/midi pump ideally, i like the idea of the old school tubes that come out of the lezynes and take some pressure off the valve whilst pumping.

dialled prince albert, just felt horrid, I rode it once then sold on, back the the 456 straight after.
    weirdly i had a love/hate which i really liked.

@haze, a quick google reveals that the road drive may be a tad big for rear pocket stowage.

download the tuning guide, print it out and follow it to the letter, start from middle for diddle, adjust til you get the feeling you want following the instructions. and voilà a personalised set up that works ‘for you’.

Chatting with martyn earlier this year at the school drop off, he mentioned it won’t be at Newnham as the sponsors wanted a different venue, whether thats changed I’m unsure, and I won’t be able to find out until school starts again, (kids in same class).
