6 x 4 for me – got 2 bikes in and other bits and bobs. Does me but I don't think there is such a thing as the perfect size shed as most blokes would probably say 20 x 40 or something daft.

BB mounted is only useable with an external BB like hollowtech II

So will a one work with a hope BB and race face evolve xc chainset converted to a dual chainset?

+1 for that route too – sounds like a far better idea

I was wrecked by the end and didnt get to appreciate it too much. I will return soon and try it.

im just back from there today, it was good and i think the outbound red and the black up to McMoab is best – the return just never really flows for me – lots of ups that just keep stopping you and breaking the flow. Dont get me wrong there are a few tasty flowing downs on the run back but it promises you a fast flowy long descent but never delivers.

I thought Thompson was the one who was the quieter of the two and has gone on to show remorse including settling into a relationship with his male partner.
So being a manbitch is showing remorse?!

I meant he appears to have stability…..

Surely – his colleagues are going to put two and two together and start coming out of the woodwork with pics etc especially with facilities like facebook etc to spread the word.

If someone I worked with was mid 20's scouse and lived in the North of England and all of a sudden didnt work with me anymore id be suspicious.

i use my babylis itrim stuble razor jobby – move the slider to about 9mm and give the pad area a trim and round the shaft base. Bit more gentle with the old sack – dont fancy catching it.

Then use it on the old chest too.

49er olympic sailors – really hard physical boat to sail, uses strength and cardio

Mix that with rules, shifts, bends, wind holes, tides, meteorology, waves, other competitors.

The sun is shining and I went running – 4 miles along the northumberland coastline – clear skies, blue sea, gentle cool breeze. Cant beat this working from home malarky.

The 85 rule is a good one – over 55 and 30 years paying into pension you can walk out 10 years early on full pension IIRC. Think this may have recently been abolished for new staff but I may be wrong.

I worked in local government for 6 years – the amount of wastage is amazing. Money is wasted on all sorts so that budgets arent lost the following year,

Also staff sickness – there is a big sickness mentality especially for depression/stress with some staff (i have seen this) going of for sick for 6 months, coming back when there sick pay is reduced – taking holiday they are entitled for normally 2 weeks then coming back to work for a week and off again with stress.

They also pay consultants thousands for bollocks like marketing and PR. My local and the one I worked for actually spent 500k producing a magazine about their good work but then shut down all elderly persons day care centers due to a 500k budget deficit.

There are loads of Brideleways around Clennel street – get a OS map and look to the north of Alwinton which isnt far from Harbottle. Some take you up towards Cold law and the Pennine Way. Top of Cheviot is always a boggy mess though. Ive never ridden these only walked them.

There is a nice tea room at Barrowburn I have been informed which is past Alwinton.

Email me if you need more info.

I suppose I'm looking for a one for all shoe and as we know with tyres that doesnt work.

5 10s sound ideal but £70 is quite steep to only use when I'm doing bigger downhill stuff.

Think i will try the mp66w and if they dont work with flats they will work with spds which i will probably use more to be honest, and get my self to sports soccer and get some skate shoes for the bigger days.

He got twice the ban than her but didnt kill anyone, she go 21 month but is only serving 10 month in custody which is the same as he did.

I wouldn't like to compare the two at all as both there were tragic consequences and in both situations to innocent parties.

ANother example of random sentencing for motoring offenses.
