A lyrik uturn doesnt need spacers – just wind it down 10mm on the adjuster.

THis is limited to a coil shock though. The 2 step air system had issues so thats up to you if you want that risk.

A friend has gone to a fox 36 van from the e150 on an enduro and has had no issues.

I’ve been checking the Nukeproof website for weeks and its still in development. Would have been good for that to go live today with this announcement.

I wonder if there is a STW of the caravan world – “what tyres for the M4” or “What gear ratio for my single speed towing car”

I did it with a 10mm axle and a superstar QR – there is bolt on and bolt through – someone will come along soon and tell you the differences.

I think the 10mm QR is bolt through and 10mm bolt on is an axle with threads in that you get some bolts to screw into.

You can just see a bit of it here:

Payed £33 to a local private Physio today – was booked in and there in an hour. She bent, cracked and massaged my lower back. I feel loads looser and she says i will be sore tonight and maybe tomorrow but if I’m feeling better on Thursday cancel my Thursday appt.

Did a deal where I sorted her computer out when I was there too so my next one will be half price 🙂

Hoping I can ride with my new forks by the weekend.

if you have young family and a partner who is willing to go in one then I imagine you can have lots of quality time together for a good few years.

Cant see kids older than 12 being interested in being in them though, they normally start having other interests at 13 ish and dont want to hang with the old folks.

As my Grandad once told me – “its only a bit of shit lad”

You ate it one way so must be ok going the other.

    Hygiene – overrated IMO.

    😉

My unlce had some real issues with it. He had a chemical imbalance caused by taking some stomach medicine for an Ulcer.

Had to move out of his house (2 kids and wife) back to his parents for about a year. Still at a private consultant now about 5 years later.

Ive tried ringing them this morning to ask about returns and warranty but no answer for 15 mins on their sales line. That’s sorted that then I won’t be using them.

Nope but the guys on MTBR know all sorts about them – i think i read something about making your own from upvc piping.

Speak to the rock shox guy at Fishers or maybe TF tuned they will sort you out.

Lyriks are quite confusing (worse than maxxis tyres) to understand all the features.

Ive just come off the phone wth the product manager at Fishers who explained to me the differences between the MiCo, MoCo with and without IS. Then there is the RC2L damper and the RC2DH damper – which I think is the one your refering too.

Have you found any bargains? The 2011 ones are rather expensive.

    Mon – Chest/Biceps/abs
    Wed – Back/Triceps/abs
    Fri – Legs/Shoulders/abs
    Sun Chest/Biceps/abs

    etc?

For exercises – I have bb, db and bench…so

    Chest – Bench/flys/incline press/decline press
    Biceps – bb curls/preacher/db curls
    Back – good morning/1 arm row/deadlift/db pullover/pull up
    Shoulder – shrugs/combo raises/military press/seated press
    Triceps – dips (seated – haven’t got a dip station)/skullcrusher/close grip bench
    Legs? Squats? Lunges?

Anything else obvious I am misssing?

Add in some hammer curls for biceps, over arm extensions for triceps and you have a decent routine there.

I prefer a back and bicep, chest and tricep, shoulders and legs for my 3 days though.

Batteries – 1 year, motherboards, power supplies, Hinges on lids.

I get calls from friends all the time about this as I “work in IT” normally along the lines of I want to get my kid a laptop etc etc but now I wont recommend any as they never last as long as the parents anticipate they will.

The odd one will yes if its been looked after etc but a 14yr old I cant see that.

Not saying they are good or anything just they hardly ever last more than 2 years – that includes dell, vaios, hp etc.

Superstar ones are canny but ive taken mine off after 5 months – they have gone very smooth and are a bit knackered. Mind I’ve been riding 3 times a week.

Just ordered some lizard skins peaty ones to replace them with – and not white this time.

will hopefully last her 4 years

Good look with that…In my experience laptops last about 2 yrs max these days.

Thats why they are so cheap – they are disposable items nowadays.
